I’m a people-first, operations-minded leader with over a decade of experience supporting teams, coordinating complex schedules, and keeping essential work moving smoothly across the banking and energy industries. A graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, I bring a strong analytical foundation paired with a practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.
At Bio-One, I focus on building dependable systems and supporting our team so we can serve the Texas Hill Country with care, discretion, and compassion. As a locally owned and operated business, we’re committed to being a trusted resource for our neighbors — working closely with families, property managers, first responders, and community partners during some of life’s most difficult moments. My goal is to ensure our operations run smoothly for the people and communities who rely on us.
Karen Garza
I am a people-driven, growth-focused leader with a background in financial services and a passion for building meaningful relationships. I began my career at the Federal Reserve Bank and later graduated with honors from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. I have served in various financial institutions, where I consistently led high-performing sales efforts through disciplined, people-first strategies.
At Bio-One Alamo Central, I serve as Managing Director of Strategic Growth, where I focus on strengthening community partnerships, expanding outreach, and helping our team connect with the people who need us most. Guided by Kaizen principles learned early in my career, I believe in continuous improvement, authentic communication, and service rooted in integrity.
As a mother of three daughters and a partner of 20 years, I am deeply committed to family and purpose-driven work. Serving the Texas Hill Country, I am proud to help lead a locally owned and operated business that provides compassionate, discreet, and reliable support during life’s most difficult moments.
