I began my career at the Federal Reserve Bank and later graduated with honors from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. I have served in various financial institutions, where I consistently led high-performing sales efforts through disciplined, people-first strategies.

At Bio-One Alamo Central, I serve as Managing Director of Strategic Growth, where I focus on strengthening community partnerships, expanding outreach, and helping our team connect with the people who need us most. Guided by Kaizen principles learned early in my career, I believe in continuous improvement, authentic communication, and service rooted in integrity.

As a mother of three daughters and a partner of 20 years, I am deeply committed to family and purpose-driven work.
