It took us forever to find a company that didn't feel like it was just an exorbitant fee because we were stuck with my dad and his hoarding tendencies. It was nice to get a compassionate group of people who genuinely not only cared about the job, but wad able to settle my dad's nerves with what he was able to keep. They found keepsakes and even cash and turned it over to us, their compassion, reliability, and reasonable prices will mean we'll (my family) will continue to sing their good graces. Everyone else just felt like they were leveraging our desire to move forward with how to stuff their pockets. Thank you to Marc and their team for everything you helped us through!

When my mom passed away her house was in really bad shape. We found Bio One and they drove 2 hours to help us clean out and dispose of everything because of it’s condition. They helped us tear out all of the flooring and even sealed one of the floors for us. These after picture look amazing and they put a lot of hard work in to complete the job in 8-10 hours. The crew was very nice and polite and they saved as much of my moms stuff as they could for me. I have to brag on Marc because from the day we first spoke he made sure to check in on a regular bases and I have even spoke to him again after there job was done. Bio One also worked with our insurance and even the insurance adjuster commented on how wonderful it’s been to work with them. Our job was a biohazard job and they took care of it within days of my mom passing which took a lot of stress and relief off of us Thank You Marc/Tim and the bio-one crew

This is not a service I thought I would ever need but I’m so glad it exists. Tim was so kind and understanding and honestly such a bright spot in a really dark situation.
