Bio-One came through during a very difficult time in ours lives. My Father-in-law passed away unexpectedly, not only were they informative, and helpful, but they were compassionate, and caring. Ginger was amazing, helping us navigate the insurance process and kindly offered advice based on her experience. In addition, they did an amazing job with the house, not to get too graphic, but it was very messy, they checked for biological waste and made sure that the house was safe and breathable. I cannot say thank you enough, you and your family help me and my family through the worst that happens to us, a love one passing. Ginger, Jamie and their crew were excellent. They worked diligently at their enormous task to complete on schedule. Temperatures were extreme with added thunderstorms but they kept pushing. They were very keen on watching for valuables, which can slow down the process, but they killed it. The conditions of the property were deplorable, but that did not deter them. I would not think twice about hiring them again. You can’t go wrong with bio one.

Ginger went out of her way to do an amazing job. We live 800 miles away from the home we needed cleaned and sanitized. Ginger kept me updated constantly and even helped me get a lock on the door of the house. I highly recommend Bio-One. The price was very reasonable and the cleaning was excellent.
