I called Bio-One this morning to inquire about a piece of furniture I was offered after my aunt recently passed away. This unattended death scenario is new to me, and I felt conflicted by the information articles online were able to provide. The Bio-One representative was so kind and took great care to listen to my story fully, understand the situation, and give valuable/insightful feedback, even though it meant I would likely not be using their services. The person on the phone was very generous with his time, and I cannot thank him and Bio-One enough for helping me make a good decision during this difficult time. Though I did not schedule a service in this case, I know who to trust in a future event.

I had a problem with a seldom used building having evidence of rodents. I had no idea where to look for remediation, but a friend in another state suggested Bio-One. She had used them and was very happy with the results. I looked and there was a Bio-One in my area near Fort Worth. I called and talked to Juan and decided before calling anyone else to use his services. I could not be more pleased at the job he and his assistant Scott did. They put in many hours fogging, wiping down everything with disinfectants, as well as cleaning the carpets and furniture. After the job was finished, Juan took me around every room and showed me where the problem areas had been and what they did with each. It looked and smelled so clean. He also filled the holes in the sheetrock where the mice had gained entry. I can recommend Bio-One and Juan with no hesitation. I know that anyone who uses this service will be well pleased.

Juan & bio-hazard team had to try to HEPA clean my furniture, pack up and move me from my toxic air apt. 10x Ammonia/3x Formaldehyde acceptable from hoarder with pets that peed &pooed inside for 2-1/2yrs. They were amazing..the BEST!!!

Googled bio hazard cleaning services for a cleanup of a friend’s apt and was lead to Bio One. They went out to her place in a timely manner, assessed the situation and set up the cleaning date. I went over to visit my friend and bio one was there getting things done!! All I can say is WOW!! They had done an amazing job…but what blew me away was the care they put into helping my friend. Thank you again Juan & Nicole for going above and beyond to help my friend Diane get her life back on track! You were God sent!!!
