I called a website that advertised as being one that cleans out materials from houses that were occupied by a hoarder. When my brother passed away we had no idea as to the condition of his house until we went inside. I have never seen a house in the condition it was in and all the stuff and clutter inside. I talked to Tim from Bio-One in Green Bay and explained my situation and had me send some pictures of the inside of the house and the amount of square feet of the residence. Within a day he had a plan of attack drawn up listing what they needed to clean the house out to have it look somewhat presentable to sell. They arranged for the dumpster to be dropped off at the residence and once filled for it to be picked up. In my case the job would take approximately two 30 yard dumpsters. It took two days and they filled up one dumpster per day in less than 6 hours. My family was in total control of items to be tossed and things in question or of value they would show it to us. All material was stacked and broken down to use all the space afforded to the dumpster. They were friendly, professional and hard workers. I was very impressed in their operation and would call them in a second if I had to do it again. Bio-One made what I perceived to be an overwhelming task into nothing at all. Definitely a five star company.

I agreed to be an estate representative, but what I didn't know at the time was that the gentleman was a hoarder. Every room of the house, the basement, garage, and back yard were horrendous. Piled high with clutter and debris, pet issues, rotting food,... you name it. I knew the cleanup would be a daunting task, and I knew that I didn't want to do it. I am extremely grateful for Tim and his Bio-One crew. Timely and at the agreed upon budget. Hope I never have to, but would definitely use again.
