During a very stressful time following the untimely death of a family member, Bio-One came in, did their job, cleaned the property so well, and generally took so much stress off that I can't recommend them highly enough! Don't hesitate to speak with Logan and his team. The family is so happy that we hired this firm to do a very difficult job! Communication was superb, they finished on time and exactly within budget. Unfortunately, I recently found that I had a rather significant amount of mouse droppings in an unfinished basement area used only for storage. I was delighted by Gary’s cleanup of the area this week which is now spotless. Gary and his team impressed me with their communication, follow-up, punctuality, professionalism, and most importantly, knowledge of the chemicals for a safe clean-up of my basement. He even went the extra mile to identify how the mice gained entry to the house. While this is an not inexpensive service, it was worth it based on the result and peace of mind. Five stars!
