I rarely review things. But I'd be doing you a huge disservice by not letting you know about Tim and his team at Bio-One. I had a hoarding/squalor situation in a relative's house. How bad was it? Google "domestic squalor home" and imagine just as bad as the worst images you see. I live a day's drive from Memphis and could not be there to observe most of the job. He took pictures throughout the cleaning process and did a great job of communicating with me over the phone. When his crew was delayed or tasked to other jobs, he let me know so I always knew what was going on. Even during the height of COVID, his team at Bio-One completed the work on time. I can't put into words how pleased I was with everything they did.
