If you need help (trust me, you will) clearing the home of a hoarding relative call Bio-One. This isn't something they can do, this is their specialty. We I literally couldn't have completed the job without them. They were responsive, prompt, pleasant to work with, and cheaper than the competitors. The level of service they provided was beyond my expectations. They removed junk from inside and outside of the house, making multiple runs to the dump each day. They disposed of dead animals and vacuumed up animal droppings. They exercised discretion, setting aside potential items of value. Their knowledge was extensive and critical given the variety of unexpected items we found (a dead opossum, assorted chemicals, tires, electronics, etc.). I can't emphasize enough how helpful the team was, not only for the hard work, but also for the compassion and moral support.

When I tell you this was the best experience with a company that I ever had. I reached out to Bio-one to to a complete house clean out of my fathers house who passed away. I spoke with Seth and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. He made me feel comfortable and was very sympathetic and helpful. He treated me like I was family. "Bio One did a complete biohazard cleanup of my apartment after my recent hospitalization for a highly contagious bacteria. We live in rural Northern California and during a home inspection for the sale of our house our crawlspace had been a haven for rodents. Seth was extremely responsive- got back to me within an hour on the weekend- which seems to be getting rarer and rarer these days! We were cleaning out an old gross shed, and they were able to safely haul off a bunch of junk as well as deal with rat and mice feces safely- he even was patient with my questions and explained things well.
