Jim Ward and Julia Dell, father and daughter, are co-owners of Bio-One of SEMO. Julia, graduated from Harding University, where she received a B.B.A in Accounting and Healthcare Management. Outside of his career, Jim's free time is spent serving others through the local food distribution ministry he co-founded in 2010. Their shared passion for helping others and serving those around them naturally fell in line with the scope of Bio-One's mission. Julia with her husband, Adam, and Jim with his wife, Deana live in Poplar Bluff and are active in their church and community.
