These guys could not be more professional. They came and surveyed our area that needed cleaning, which was in atrocious shape and smelled awful. Within a few hours we had an estimate and by the next day they cleared our whole basement room. BioOne service did an awesome job. In the middle of my critical crisis. I had to make a call to a crime cleaner service. BioOne was one of the top three people to contact. Once I made the called. I explained to him what happen. Tony was extremely professional, kind and courteous. I had to call him a few times. Not once did he get irritated with me. Tony explained the process step by step which help me understand more of what was about to take place. A few hours later he showed up with his technician. They both did an excellent job.
