We help people through life’s most challenging moments.
We handle every cleanup with dignity, respect, and care. Whether it's a biohazard, trauma, or hoarding cleanup, our job starts with care—and ends with peace of mind.
When you need someone you can trust, we’re here.
No matter who calls, we respond with care, respect, and expert support.
We work with:
Whether it’s a family in crisis or a public space in need, we show up with care, discretion, and expert cleanup. Every job is different, but our mission stays the same: to help people feel safe, supported, and ready to move forward.
Real Help. Real Response. From People Who Truly Care.
During difficult times, we’re here to help—quick, kind, and capable. We handle the cleanup so you can focus on what comes next. Here’s what you can count on from us:
We take it from there—restoring safety, calm, and comfort. When you call Bio-One, here’s what happens:
We're by your side from the first call to the final walkthrough.
The person running your local Bio-One isn’t just in the business—they’re part of your neighborhood. They know the area, understand what you’re going through, and care about making a real difference. Trained and certified, they lead a team that shows up 24/7 with compassion, discretion, and respect.
When you call, you’re not getting a stranger. You’re getting a neighbor who’s ready to help.
Help First, Business Second is our motto. It’s more than just a slogan—it’s how we live and serve. I was looking for a way to start a business and a way to be of service to the community.
Coming from a military and law enforcement background, I liked the idea of being able to help individuals and families get through situations that are difficult to deal with.
At Bio-One ATX, everything we do is in an effort to help individuals and families get through whatever situation they're dealing with and get their life back on track. That means putting people first, not the job, not the business.
Help First, Discretion Always is a phrase that we use when we talk about how we do our cleanups and how we deal with our customers—not only our customers, but also the community around our customers. We know these moments are painful. That’s why we’re always going to put the privacy and the comfort of our customers first.
This isn’t just work. It was an opportunity for me to continue serving.
Even a phone call looking for answers is a big step in itself. That’s something we never forget when someone reaches out. When you call us, we'll ask for basic information, try to understand over the phone what your goals and expectations are for the situation you're in or have been placed in. It’s not just logistics—we know you’re likely dealing with something deeply personal or emotionally hard.
We will be clear and concise in our communication and we will answer any questions that we can over the phone to prepare you for our walkthrough. If needed, we might ask for a few photos, but nothing replaces an in-person visit.
We do not charge for our estimates and we prefer to be accompanied by the homeowner if possible. But if not, we’ll still do what it takes. Once we've had the opportunity to walk through the property, we'll likely take photos and/or videos that will help us with the estimation process and create a plan that fits you. If you need our services, reach out for a free consultation and walkthrough.
Help First, Discretion Always is a phrase that we use when we talk about how we do our cleanups and how we deal with our customers—not only our customers, but also the community around our customers. That means protecting not just your space, but your dignity, your story, and your privacy at every step.
Our vehicles are all unmarked. You won’t see our team walking around in hazmat suits outside your front door. Our technicians are not gonna be walking around in your front yard in a biohazard suit. Instead, we’ll find a garage or discreet entry spot and prepare privately so you can keep your situation your own.
We're understanding and compassionate of the situation that you're in. Whether we’re cleaning or just showing up to talk, it will stay between you and us. You don't have to worry about us talking to other members of the community about what we're doing in your home. That’s our commitment.
One of the customers that really sticks out in my mind was actually one of our hoarding customers. This was someone who was in danger of being evicted from their property. A year later we’re still talking to them. We check in, help with errands, even helped with an emergency room trip when no one else picked up the phone.
This person kind of latched on to us as somebody that they trust. That trust is exactly what we’re here to build. That’s really what our underlying goal is—to have people get to that level of comfort with us.
We're actually there to help them figure out the stuff that's important to them—the personal belongings that they do need and that they want to keep. It's not about trash bags or dumpsters.
We want them to be able to operate in their space safely and efficiently and get back to living.
That’s the level of care that we want to be able to offer people.
We follow a process when we clean, and we always clean to a specific standard. But that’s not where it ends. The last thing that we do before we leave a scene is test the object or the space. If anything still reads positive, then we’re going to re-clean it and do another round of testing. We’re not done until the final results are clean.
In certain situations, we’ll do a disinfecting fog. That means the floors, ceilings, walls—even the air. Every inch matters.
And we don’t just verify cleanliness on our terms. We typically will do a post-walkthrough with the individual or the family. We go over everything to make sure it’s right in your eyes, too. We will not leave a situation until a customer has walked through it with us and said they’re satisfied with the job we’ve done. If anything needs fixing, we are gonna make it right—even if we’ve already left. That’s how we work.
More than cleanup—it’s about community. We go beyond cleanup to support real people in real need. We’re not just here to clean. We’re here to care.
Bio-One works closely with first responders, local agencies, and community groups to help those facing crisis, loss, or trauma.
No matter how we grow, our mission stays the same: Always put people first, help with heart, and do the right thing.
Trained, certified, and ready for anything.
Every Bio-One technician is highly trained in biohazard cleanup. But it’s not just about skills—it’s about heart. We show up with:
We know how to handle challenging situations safely, quickly, and with total care for the people involved.
We treat every job—and every person—with care and respect. These aren’t just words—they’re how we work, every time.
