AMAZING service. Tom, Tiffany, and Eric were absolutely phenomenal at getting rid of decades old pet urine smell from our basement. They were professional, showed up on time, and took care of this issue with the best possible outcome, keeping us updated on the progress throughout. Tom explained every step as they were doing it and gave realistic expectations. I went to check out the smell today, one day after they finished treating and sealing my basement, and there is ZERO pet urine smell! Tom was fantastic to work with, always responding promptly, and gave honest and helpful opinions and referrals for other work to be done. While I hope not to need their services again, they would be the FIRST people I would call should the need arise. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

I needed a rapid turn-around on an apartment clean up for my Senior loved one who had an unfortunate fall into some self neglect and squalor. I conducted an internet search, and was able to reach Tom. I spoke with him in depth avout my family's needs. He was compassionate, and efficient. On the day of clean-up he and the crew were on time and eager to get to the job. Tom was honest and realistic about the job. The team were extremely patient and affectionate to the pets that were caught in the clean-up. Tom kept in touch throughout the clean-up until the end. I would refer them to anyone who finds themselves in this type of crisis needing a company that is professional, compassionate, trustworthy and efficient.

Amazing job and staff!! They cleaned and sanitized from COVID-19 my entire apartment and also my car. Their staff are very friendly and profesional. They have all the equipment necessary, very professional!. They were very nice to my dogs, they explain me all this products won’t harm them and they were very thoughtful on making sure our dogs would be safe the entire process. Definitely would hire their services again without a doubt!!

I would recommend Bio-One. Tom was professional in showing up when planned and keeping me informed of the progress cleaning out a hoarding situation in a house I was selling as an executor. Given the difficult situation, his crew worked quickly and in the end left the house clean.

Tom and his team promptly responded to my need for a home cleaning after a COVID quarantine. They were extremely accommodating despite my last-minute request. They made it to my house within a day of contacting them and kept me updated the entire time. Once at my house, they worked efficiently and even offered to extend their services to sanitize my car.
