Tom is the owner of Bio-One of Chester County. Tom grew up in New York and has a business degree from Loyola College of Maryland. He has worked as a Sales Manager in a variety of industries, from professional sports in New York to Unclaimed Property in King of Prussia. Coming from a military and law enforcement family, helping people is what drives Tom and what led him to joining the Bio-One family. Tom and his wife, Kathryn, have a newborn son Vincenzo, and live in Chester County. They enjoy spending their time traveling and hiking at Marsh Creek.

We weren’t happy with the reason we needed his services (raccoon feces) , but Tom made things so much better. He answered my call promptly and was so helpful. He came at the appointed time and was incredibly efficient. There were a few hoops for him to jump through regarding our property, but he took it in stride and came out victorious! I highly recommend him! Totally thorough, accommodating and friendly.

I would recommend Bio-One. Tom was professional in showing up when planned and keeping me informed of the progress cleaning out a hoarding situation in a house I was selling as an executor. Given the difficult situation, his crew worked quickly and in the end left the house clean.

When I called they gave a prompt response and set up an appointment for 2 days away and that was excellent. We settled on a date for the service to begin and they were prompt and on time. They're demeanor was excellent and I enjoyed the manner in which they performed their services. They were completely professional and respected my possessions and myself. If asked I would recommend them to anyone that required this kind of service.

Bio-One Chester County is the best company to hire for cleaning up messes that are beyond your capability to handle. Tom estimated the cost, materials and number of days to complete the project. Despite the need to scale the job up during execution, the job was completed on time and on budget. Tom and his crew are great! They are punctual, professional, talented, experienced, humorous, and honest. When unanticipated problems arose during execution, Tom called immediately to discuss resolution options and provided guidance to lead me gently to what I believe to be the best option.
