AMAZING service. Tom, Tiffany, and Eric were absolutely phenomenal at getting rid of decades old pet urine smell from our basement. They were professional, showed up on time, and took care of this issue with the best possible outcome, keeping us updated on the progress throughout. Tom explained every step as they were doing it and gave realistic expectations. I went to check out the smell today, one day after they finished treating and sealing my basement, and there is ZERO pet urine smell! Tom was fantastic to work with, always responding promptly, and gave honest and helpful opinions and referrals for other work to be done. I needed a rapid turn-around on an apartment clean up for my Senior loved one who had an unfortunate fall into some self neglect and squalor. I conducted an internet search, and was able to reach Tom. I spoke with him in depth avout my family's needs. He was compassionate, and efficient. On the day of clean-up he and the crew were on time and eager to get to the job. Tom was honest and realistic about the job. Amazing job and staff!! They cleaned and sanitized from COVID-19 my entire apartment and also my car. Their staff are very friendly and profesional. They have all the equipment necessary, very professional!.
