Your privacy is of the utmost priority to us.We take care to be discreet, arriving in unmarked vehicles to your home and wearing layman’s clothes so as not to arouse attention from neighbors.If you prefer, we are happy to change inside the home for your comfort and an added layer of privacy.
We are careful to conceal any biohazardous waste, sealing waste in regular trash bags to bring outside for disposal.Your contact details are kept securely private, and are never under any circumstances shared with or sold to third-party companies.
We ask upfront what communication you are comfortable with and can use specific methods of contact as desired—texts only, no voicemail, email only, etc.We limit communication to the person who contacted us because we don’t assume who you want informed.
