When my mom passed away her house was in really bad shape. We found Bio One and they drove 2 hours to help us clean out and dispose of everything because of it’s condition. They helped us tear out all of the flooring and even sealed one of the floors for us. These after picture look amazing and they put a lot of hard work in to complete the job in 8-10 hours. The crew was very nice and polite and they saved as much of my moms stuff as they could for me. I have to brag on Marc because from the day we first spoke he made sure to check in on a regular bases and I have even spoke to him again after there job was done. Bio One also worked with our insurance and even the insurance adjuster commented on how wonderful it’s been to work with them. Our job was a biohazard job and they took care of it within days of my mom passing which took a lot of stress and relief off of us Thank You Marc/Tim and the bio-one crew

They could’ve not have made it any easier for our family. My mom was able to stay in her home after she lost her husband of 33 years. They are the best in this business. They took care of everything! Arrived right on time and did a fantastic job. I would recommend you use this company if you need them. If I ever need their services again, I will absolutely call biohazard one! I moved into my hoarder, deceased mothers house thinking I could clean it up. Instead, found myself deep in the same type of depression she was in. Instead of cleaning, I contributed to the mess. I contacted Bio-One and I am so thankful, greatful and blessed to have met this group. I was blessed to have Bio One Columbus. With Muchcompassion and loving Patience they came into my home and lovingly renewed my home. Being overwhelmed with clutter can seemingly ruin any chance of having a sense of Normal. Tim, Hannah, Fran and James restored that and more in my home. The whole atmosphere changed in a moist beautiful and revitalizing way. They know how to lovingly address every area in a way that allowed you add a customer to feel a part of the process, when needed, in a very respectful manner. Loving Patience is their expertise because they operate with hearts that care.. I don't have enough words to Express my appreciation; however I can say you will beer Yemeni blessed in being served by Bio One Columbus, I Highly recommend them.

I seriously can’t say enough about how wonderful this company and these people are. Our dog passed away this morning, and they arrived within 30 minutes of us contacting them and had the whole place cleaned up within 2 hours. They were professional, excellent cleaners, and incredibly compassionate people. God forbid I ever need a service like this again, but should I they’ll be who I call.

They were all so understanding, professional, and kind in what can often be an embarrassing situation. I never felt pushed to get rid of things I didn't want to part with, and they really helped me clear out the chaos I was living in. I cannot thank them enough and am so incredibly grateful. I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin, and I could NOT have done it without them. They went above and beyond, all without changing my fee. I could go on, just cannot say enough about how they helped me - physically and mentally - get back to a more peaceful life that I'd let get out of control. Tim, Frannie, Hannah, Mark, and James - THANK YOU!! While I hope to never see you guys again (ha!) I will never forget you and what you did for me.

Tim answered the phone on the first call. He was super nice and very accommodating. Then he sent the most amazing crew along with Marc. Marc was so compassionate and so helpful. They went above and beyond to turn the house back into livable condition. They managed to turn a 3 day job into 2 days. Marc kept in touch the whole time, they were very respectful of the items in the house and were even able to save things we thought were beyond saving. I recently hired Bio-One to do a single room cleanup. Tim was very courteous and professional in all my discussions with him and the young woman he sent on-site to do the work was equally courteous and professional. She did an outstanding job, surpassing my expectations given the nature of the clean-up. I highly recommend giving Bio-One's team here in Columbus a chance if you need this kind of help.

From the very first interaction with Tim, he was thorough, explained in detail what the service entails and was able to give me a competitive estimate.
