Columbus Medical Waste Disposal 

Bio-One of Columbus partners with many local businesses that generate medical waste to help remove and dispose of it. As a locally-based company, we’re proud to support our community in this way.

We follow state guidelines for the safe removal and disposal of our regularly scheduled medical waste pickups. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly transportation is offered from facilities such as:

  • Medical examiner offices
  • Hospitals
  • Nursing homes

If you produce medical waste, we can dispose of it for you. Our clearly marked containers prevent any user error during transportation and disposal. When done correctly, the risk is minimized and our job is complete. 
 
We offer training to teach paramedics and first responders how to deal with medical waste. Many healthcare workers come in contact with it every day.

Our training involves methods of how to best handle it as well as how to limit risks associated with its handling.

It took us forever to find a company that didn't feel like it was just an exorbitant fee because we were stuck with my dad and his hoarding tendencies. It was nice to get a compassionate group of people who genuinely not only cared about the job, but wad able to settle my dad's nerves with what he was able to keep. They found keepsakes and even cash and turned it over to us, their compassion, reliability, and reasonable prices will mean we'll (my family) will continue to sing their good graces. Everyone else just felt like they were leveraging our desire to move forward with how to stuff their pockets. Thank you to Marc and their team for everything you helped us through!

Tim answered the phone on the first call. He was super nice and very accommodating. Then he sent the most amazing crew along with Marc. Marc was so compassionate and so helpful. They went above and beyond to turn the house back into livable condition. They managed to turn a 3 day job into 2 days. Marc kept in touch the whole time, they were very respectful of the items in the house and were even able to save things we thought were beyond saving. If you have a mess, call them now, you need them. Thank you BioOne!!!

They were all so understanding, professional, and kind in what can often be an embarrassing situation. I never felt pushed to get rid of things I didn't want to part with, and they really helped me clear out the chaos I was living in. I cannot thank them enough and am so incredibly grateful. I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin, and I could NOT have done it without them. They went above and beyond, all without changing my fee. I could go on, just cannot say enough about how they helped me - physically and mentally - get back to a more peaceful life that I'd let get out of control. I seriously can’t say enough about how wonderful this company and these people are. Our dog passed away this morning, and they arrived within 30 minutes of us contacting them and had the whole place cleaned up within 2 hours. They were professional, excellent cleaners, and incredibly compassionate people. God forbid I ever need a service like this again, but should I they’ll be who I call.

Tim was very courteous and professional in all my discussions with him and the young woman he sent on-site to do the work was equally courteous and professional. I was blessed to have Bio One Columbus. With Muchcompassion and loving Patience they came into my home and lovingly renewed my home. Being overwhelmed with clutter can seemingly ruin any chance of having a sense of Normal. Tim, Hannah, Fran and James restored that and more in my home. The whole atmosphere changed in a moist beautiful and revitalizing way. They know how to lovingly address every area in a way that allowed you add a customer to feel a part of the process, when needed, in a very respectful manner. Loving Patience is their expertise because they operate with hearts that care..
