After an enexpected and undiscovered passing of a man they came in and helped find items that his mother wanted, they found money and photos and returned them to her with care and concern. Tim answered the phone on the first call. He was super nice and very accommodating. Then he sent the most amazing crew along with Marc. Marc was so compassionate and so helpful. They went above and beyond to turn the house back into livable condition. They managed to turn a 3 day job into 2 days. Marc kept in touch the whole time, they were very respectful of the items in the house and were even able to save things we thought were beyond saving.
