Calling Ryan was one of many difficult phone calls I had to make after my late wife's unexpected passing. He, Nick, and Dan did an outstanding job helping me with the clean up after a very painful loss. Ryan, Kristi and "St. Nick" the man (LOL!) were just the Christmas miracle I needed! The past few years have been nothing but physical and mental turmoil in our lives due to family deaths, physical disabilities and personal health challenges. Ordinary household chores have become difficult and our tiny 2 bedroom apartment was slowly starting to turn into a hoarding situation. It was so overwhelming and I needed help quickly to declutter and restore order to our home while my husband was out having open-heart surgery. I wanted him to return home to a clean, non-chaotic environment, but did not have the physical strength or mental energy to do it on my own. One quick phone call to Bio-One saved the day! The very next day Ryan and Kristi viewed our apartment, gave me a reasonable quote, and within the same week accomplished in 3 days what would have taken me months to clear out and clean. They were friendly, empathetic, and non-judgemental and worked until I was satisfied with the outcome. God used them to perform a miracle for me that I didn't think was possible.
