First, you’ll speak with a live representative, not a call center. I personally handle most calls, and when I’m unavailable, someone on my team who is trained will. We start by listening—we’re going to ask the right questions and really understand what’s going on.
If it sounds like a good fit, we’ll schedule a free estimate, and I’ll meet you in person to walk you through the situation. From there, we develop a clear work plan and provide you with everything in writing. We keep you informed at every step so you’re never wondering what’s happening.
If insurance is involved, we help with that, too. We’ll file the claim on behalf of the client if they want us to. From the first call to the final walk-through, it’s about trust, follow-through, and ensuring you feel supported throughout the entire process.
Discretion is extremely important. The situations we walk into are often emotional, personal, or sensitive, so everything we do is built to protect your privacy. None of our vehicles is marked. That’s on purpose.
Even when we hire dumpster companies to help with a job, I request that they refrain from bringing anything flashy or branded. Our staff never discusses your situation with anyone outside your home, and we don’t post about your job on social media. We don’t share your story—we’re just here to help you through it.
