I can’t say enough good things about Seth Ramey and the crew he sent to help. Seth is a truly kind, honest and caring individual who understood what I needed and helped me achieve my goal. The young men, Angelo and Nilo, were polite, fun to be around, and worked so fast it took my breath away. They took care of all my requests and were always pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Bio-One for any job that they specialize in and gladly use them again. Thanks so much for helping an older person get their home in good order again. They really are true heroes.

Seth and his team are AMAZING!!! We had a difficult hoarding situation with a very dear friend and Seth was there every step of the way. From initial contact to clean up. He was so kind and patient with us while we navigated everything and he waited for us to be ready for the house to be cleaned up. Seth was amazing to work with. My project was on a narrow timeline and he was very responsive and went above and beyond to provide great service. If you need help (trust me, you will) clearing the home of a hoarding relative call Bio-One. This isn't something they can do, this is their specialty. We I literally couldn't have completed the job without them. They were responsive, prompt, pleasant to work with, and cheaper than the competitors. The level of service they provided was beyond my expectations. They removed junk from inside and outside of the house, making multiple runs to the dump each day. They disposed of dead animals and vacuumed up animal droppings. They exercised discretion, setting aside potential items of value. Their knowledge was extensive and critical given the variety of unexpected items we found (a dead opossum, assorted chemicals, tires, electronics, etc.). I can't emphasize enough how helpful the team was, not only for the hard work, but also for the compassion and moral support.

Seth was extremely responsive- got back to me within an hour on the weekend- which seems to be getting rarer and rarer these days! We were cleaning out an old gross shed, and they were able to safely haul off a bunch of junk as well as deal with rat and mice feces safely- he even was patient with my questions and explained things well.
