When I explained my financial situation — as a student, I simply could not afford a very high cleaning fee — they were so understanding and empathetic. They offered helpful suggestions, applied a generous discount, and even agreed to an installment payment plan to help me manage the cost. On the cleaning day, due to an unexpected underestimation of the fridge’s condition, the job ended up taking nearly double the anticipated time. I felt bad about this, but Bio-One emailed me afterward to say they would **not** charge any extra, considering my financial situation. This truly moved me and earned my deepest respect — it showed how much they genuinely care about their clients, not just about the business. Their technicians worked with incredible attention to detail. Every step of the process was photographed and documented, and they shared updates with me throughout. They went above and beyond to clean the fridge thoroughly, removing spoiled food, flies, larvae, and liquid from the damage caused by the power outage. After all the clean work, they will also give you really detailed recommendations and explanations, which will help you to understand all the entire process and possible situations. Throughout the entire process, Bio-One’s communication was lightning-fast and crystal-clear.
