We were on a tight deadline to have it cleared and moved off the lot by the end of the month. Antonio and Yoani came through for us in a way we'll never forget. Even though they were based in Houston, an hour and half away, they made the trip out immediately the same day we finalized the paperwork. Within just four hours, they helped us sift through piles of garbage with such respect and care, helping us locate personal items and keepsakes we were desperate to recover. They treated the situation and our grief with incredible sensitivity. There was no judgment, just compassion and genuine help.
