David Anderson and Jessica Almaklani are the compassionate co-owners of Bio-One of Tucson and Bio-One of Chandler, a partnership built on diverse skills and a shared mission to serve.
David brings extensive expertise with a background in hands-on trades and property management. After a 23-year career in the automotive industry, his skills in remodeling, plumbing, electrical work, and maintaining rental properties provided a strong technical foundation for biohazard remediation. Driven by personal experiences with family challenges, his deep empathy fuels his desire to help others in crisis.
Jessica’s path began in the restoration industry, where a life-changing project involving an unattended death revealed her true calling for work rooted in dignity and compassion. She joined David’s original Bio-One Tucson team, quickly rising from Community Relations Manager to General Manager by building empathetic, professional crews. Her on-the-ground experience in client care and operations made her the ideal partner to co-found Bio-One of Chandler.
Together, they form a complete team: Jessica provides the heart of client relations and operational leadership, while David offers unparalleled technical knowledge and project expertise. Their united purpose is to restore both homes and peace of mind for their community.
