Whether it’s a family in crisis or a public space in need, we show up with care, discretion, and expert cleanup. Every job is different, but our mission stays the same: to help people feel safe, supported, and ready to move forward.
Real Help. Real Response. From People Who Truly Care.
During difficult times, we’re here to help—quick, kind, and capable. We handle the cleanup so you can focus on what comes next. Here’s what you can count on from us:
We take it from there—restoring safety, calm, and comfort. When you call Bio-One, here’s what happens:
We're by your side from the first call to the final walkthrough.
The person running your local Bio-One isn’t just in the business—they’re part of your neighborhood. They know the area, understand what you’re going through, and care about making a real difference. Trained and certified, they lead a team that shows up 24/7 with compassion, discretion, and respect.
When you call, you’re not getting a stranger. You’re getting a neighbor who’s ready to help.
I’ve been living here since 1998, and I’ve always believed in helping people through challenging moments. I was led to this work by a family friend, and I’ve loved it ever since—because it’s about giving people real support when they don’t know where to turn.
This is not just a cleanup job. It’s about compassion, dignity, and doing what’s right. We’ve built relationships with law enforcement, first responders, and victims’ advocates because we’re here to help the community, not just do business.
Our motto is 'Help First, Business Second,' and we live by it every day. Whether it’s hoarding, trauma, suicide, or a severe biohazard situation, our role is to step in when it’s hard and bring calm, clarity, and care. That’s why I do this.
When you call Bio-One of Vegas, you’re not getting a call center—you’re getting me. I answer the phone, and I’m the one who’s going to guide you through what happens next.
First, I’ll listen. Then I’ll ask a few questions to understand what you’re facing. From there, we’ll decide together if you need emergency cleanup or an in-person walkthrough. There’s complete transparency from the very beginning.
I go over everything in detail—what we’ll clean, what needs to be removed, how we’ll handle it, and when we’ll arrive. If insurance is involved, I can help open the claim and work with the adjuster so you don’t have to.
You’ll know exactly what to expect, and we’ll follow through on every word. That’s how we work.
Discretion is one of the most crucial aspects of what we do, particularly in cases involving hoarding, trauma, or crime-related cleanups. Customers want to know how we’ll protect their privacy. We show up in unmarked box trucks and handle everything inside the property when possible.
We’re very careful not to draw attention. Even our personal protective equipment comes off indoors if we can.
We don’t just clean—we protect people’s dignity. We’ve worked with people who were scared of being fined or evicted. We’ve helped people who didn’t want neighbors to know what was going on.
There’s no judgment—ever. We’ve seen everything from A to Z, and our job is to help people feel safe, supported, and respected while we do our work.
One of the most memorable jobs we ever did was helping a woman who flew in from Minnesota after her mother passed away. Her mom had been living in a hoarder's situation, and it was a big cleanup that took about a week.
1We bonded over board games, which is a surprising thing to bond over. We still text and share game ideas to this day.
Another situation that really stuck with me was a tear gas cleanup. The homeowner wasn’t even involved—it was her roommate. But she was left with the damage and had no idea what to do.
We worked for over a week going through everything she owned to clean, sort, and safely remove what couldn’t be salvaged. She’s still displaced from that home, but we helped her take the first big step back toward normal.
That’s what makes this work meaningful—it’s about relationships and getting people through moments they didn’t ask for.
For us, the job’s not done until it’s all done. It’s not just the big stuff—we pay attention to the small details. We clean our way out, check everything with the customer, and make sure nothing is left behind.
I always do a final walkthrough with the client when possible. I want them to feel like they can walk into that space again without anxiety or fear.
If something needs adjusting or rechecking, we’re happy to go back and make the necessary changes. That’s just how we operate. We rarely get callbacks, but if something isn’t right, we make it right.
We don’t leave people hanging. We follow through all the way. That’s what makes Bio-One of Vegas different.
More than cleanup—it’s about community. We go beyond cleanup to support real people in real need. We’re not just here to clean. We’re here to care.
Bio-One works closely with first responders, local agencies, and community groups to help those facing crisis, loss, or trauma.
No matter how we grow, our mission stays the same: Always put people first, help with heart, and do the right thing.
Trained, certified, and ready for anything.
Every Bio-One technician is highly trained in biohazard cleanup. But it’s not just about skills—it’s about heart. We show up with:
