We take it from there—restoring safety, calm, and comfort. When you call Bio-One, here’s what happens:
We're by your side from the first call to the final walkthrough.
The person running your local Bio-One isn’t just in the business—they’re part of your neighborhood. They know the area, understand what you’re going through, and care about making a real difference. Trained and certified, they lead a team that shows up 24/7 with compassion, discretion, and respect.
When you call, you’re not getting a stranger. You’re getting a neighbor who’s ready to help.

I don't do this for glory—I do it because I believe in helping people through the hardest things they’ll ever face. Every call is different, but the purpose is always the same. I want people to feel safe again in their own home.I’m a Navy vet. I’ve been through chaos, structure, leadership—and I’ve also been the guy who had to ask for help. That’s why this work matters to me. We’re not selling chocolate—we’re selling help. It’s not just about cleaning up. It’s about figuring out what someone needs, and walking them through it. I’ve had people call and say it took them 12 years to pick up the phone. That first call takes everything. If you trust us with that moment, I’m going to make sure you feel heard, respected, and cared for. That’s why we do what we do.
You’re going to get a private one-on-one with me. I don’t send your call to a call center. If I’m on a job in full gear, I’ll call back as soon as I can—even if you didn’t leave a voicemail. That first call means everything. I’ve had people say it took them over a decade to reach out. So when I answer, I treat it like it took real courage to dial. From there, we’ll set up a time to meet in person. I come out, I walk the space, and I let you talk. I’ll take photos if needed and build an estimate that reflects exactly what you’re dealing with—nothing hidden, no pressure.Every situation is different, so I give you time and space to ask questions. And if you need a little more time, that’s okay. I'm not here to push—I’m here to walk through this with you.
I pull up in a black truck with magnets—no logos, no signs. I don’t want anyone knowing why I’m there unless you want them to. We roll in and roll out like Batman. My team suits up inside. We don’t stand around outside with gear on. We’re quiet, respectful, and we keep the focus where it belongs—on helping you. Nothing leaves that house in discussion. Nothing is shared.I once had a neighbor walk by during a hoarding job and say, “Hope everything’s okay over there.” I just smiled and said, “Yep, just cleaning some stuff out.” That’s it. No details. No drama.Discretion isn’t a feature—it’s our default. And if there’s ever a situation where you need us to go the extra mile for privacy, we’ll do that too. This isn’t about attention—it’s about getting your space back with dignity.
There was one cleanup where I found out the man had been my childhood friend. I was there to help the family after an undiscovered death. As I searched for important documents and valuables, I came across his license—and I recognized the name immediately. We were Cub Scouts together. First Communion. McDonald’s birthday parties. I pulled the family aside and shared who I was. They invited me to the memorial service. I didn’t go to speak—I just stood by the photos and told a few stories. Later, they called us back to finish some more work when the weather cleared.I’m not in this to find people I know—but when it happens, it reminds me why I do this. These aren’t just jobs. They’re real families, real stories. In another case, I had a man say, “I’m admitting I’m a hoarder. It’s been 12 years. I want my life back.” That call was the first step—and we helped him take the next ones. Every story matters. And if you’re ready, we’ll help you write a new one.
Before we leave, I do a full walkthrough with you. Not just a peek from the door—we walk the space together, room by room. I show you what we did, ask if anything feels off, and make sure it matches what we talked about when we started. If something’s not right, I’ll take care of it. No extra charge. No excuses. And if you need a little more time to look over things after we leave, that’s okay too. If you call me later, I’ll come back.Sometimes, we find things you didn’t even know to ask about. Valuables, family items, paperwork—we set them aside, just in case. It’s part of the job, and it’s part of showing respect for your space.I’ve never had someone call me back with a complaint—but I’ve had people call me back for more help. That means something. And it’s how I know we’re doing this the right way.
More than cleanup—it’s about community. We go beyond cleanup to support real people in real need. We’re not just here to clean. We’re here to care.
Bio-One works closely with first responders, local agencies, and community groups to help those facing crisis, loss, or trauma.
No matter how we grow, our mission stays the same: Always put people first, help with heart, and do the right thing.
