The Outcome
After everything was done, the fire inspector came and cleared the home. This opened the door for contractors to begin remodeling, and eventually, the condo association made an offer to buy the unit. We made it possible for people to get in and make a sale. Realtors were also interested in listing the property. Most importantly, the family now had closure and control over the estate and a lasting bond with our team. We still keep in touch; the sisters are like family now.
