I drove down from Denver to see My elderly Father and it was not a pretty site . I needed help quickly as I only had a couple days . I called Nicole at Bio one who answers the phone day and night . I told I didn't have time or much money because of our economy lately. She understood and helped Me and got the worst apt or home I've ever seen looking brand new . The team she sent were so kind they even organized My Dad's stuff it was unbelievable and brought a tear to My eye . Great service and a affordable rate . I would use this service again and again .

Bio-One was really there when we needed them. Immediately responsive, kind and thoughtful, and thoroughly completing the job the same day we called. It's so good to know that when a crisis strikes there's a company like this to turn to.

After a futile search for hoarding/hazard cleaning services in the Taos area, I contacted Bio-One in Albuquerque. We had some difficulties due to the rural location on a narrow dirt road, where it was not possible to put a dumpster. Nicole was patient and very supporting while I searched for a garbage hauler who could meet our needs, texting back and forth with me over the holiday weekend. When the Bio-One team arrived they got right to work every day, worked with us on site to sort through anything that needed to be saved and took on cleaning jobs that were beyond what any of the rest of us were able or wiling to do. Kris and her team rolled with the punches when our hauler had vehicle problems and couldn’t make it for the last 2 days. She arranged for the shuttle of a box truck and took out the last of the garbage herself. We are extremely happy with the job they did>

Mia, Kris and Krystofer went above and beyond to clean up and do their thing for my mother and my sister, while I was still traveling to be with them after a death in the family. My mom has gone on and on about how sensitive, supportive, professional and thorough they all were. They really put her at ease and helped her get onto the next challenge after losing a loved one. I am very grateful for their help and human touch.

It was a pleasure coordinating with Nicole. She is professional, compassionate and brave to go into the homes not knowing what to expect lol. Nicole was kind, persistent and an active listener. She responded promptly to my every text and call regarding the job and provided progress photos as they worked the project. Serving the most difficult population and situations with a smile on her face :)

I was blessed to have found Nichole and her crew at Bio-One. Nichole was kind and understanding as she guided me through the process of decluttering… never pushing, but knowledgeable in knowing how to get it done. She could see when I needed to take a break, then resume when I gave the go-ahead. The crew was kind, professional and fun!
