It was a phone call no multifamily owner ever wants to get, I was saddened to hear one of my tenants had lost all hope and committed suicide in one of my units. I panicked. I had no idea what to do after the police and family were notified and....I live out of town! Bio-One came out to see the unit, sent me an estimate, explained everything to me over the phone, and even told me that most major insurance companies cover the cost. They Kept both myself and my property management up to date on everything. They handled it in a very professional, sensitive way. Bio-One did an excellent job with the clean up and sent before and after pictures. I highly recommend this company!

This is a team of angels. A few years ago I called Bio-One to help my best friend. Her father was very sick with cancer and had not been able to keep up his house. They came in and made his house a home again. This allowed her to be able to move in and give him the care he needed. They were professional and compassionate. Thank you.

When my boyfriends father passed away very unexpectedly we were very much at a loss for what to do. He had been gone for nearly 2 weeks without us knowing and the shock alone was horrific to deal with. We were quite sure where to turn her what to do add that to the grief And you have a recipe for disaster. We called Bio- One Unknowing what exactly they would do. Little did we know that we would be cared for so incredibly well. Nicole was on site at the house the same day. She was kind courteous respectful and allowed us our dignity while still Telling us what we needed to know and helping us get the job done. We didn’t lift a finger. She did everything and kept us in the loop at every step of the process. I cannot even begin to imagine what this would have been like without her help. She even worked with our home insurance directly to help us with a ridiculous deductible. I cannot recommend this group highly enough. I hope I never have to use them again. But I know if anyone I care about ever did need them I would recommend them without hesitation.

The ladies that did the cleaning of my daughter’s home were outstanding, caring and kind people. The owner of the company was just as kind and sweet. They did a good job and we’re considerate of her needs.

Mia, Kris and Krystofer went above and beyond to clean up and do their thing for my mother and my sister, while I was still traveling to be with them after a death in the family. My mom has gone on and on about how sensitive, supportive, professional and thorough they all were. They really put her at ease and helped her get onto the next challenge after losing a loved one. I am very grateful for their help and human touch.
