They were very helpful and thorough when they came by my property for a waste cleanup.

Our camper was recently stolen and was retrieved by APD luckily, but unfortunately was completely filled with trash and food. After googling and speaking with several places, I came in contact with Bio-One. Nicole came out and met with me the very next day to take a look at the camper and put together a proposal. She had very open communication the whole time. We spoke the entire 2 days going back and forth with the details. It was like talking to a friend and not just a company there to do a job. I was very comfortable with having her at my home and would highly recommend them for any services!

First off I have to start with Nicole. She was pleasant and very helpful from the beginning. She definitely made what was a very hard situation very smooth and easy and communicated very well with me. She went above and beyond to also communicate with me on a professional basis and also extended out an arm on a personal basis. It was like i was working with a friend during this whole situation. She and her team were of great help and more than willing to go above and beyond what they had to, to fulfil their "jobs". Nicole's team treated myself and our property with great care and professionalism. They were very personable, caring and once again went above and beyond to help. Our loved passed away unattended in Albuquerque. We live out of state so we contacted BioOne to help us with the clean-up of his home prior to our arrival. After a futile search for hoarding/hazard cleaning services in the Taos area, I contacted Bio-One in Albuquerque. We had some difficulties due to the rural location on a narrow dirt road, where it was not possible to put a dumpster. Nicole was patient and very supporting while I searched for a garbage hauler who could meet our needs, texting back and forth with me over the holiday weekend. When the Bio-One team arrived they got right to work every day, worked with us on site to sort through anything that needed to be saved and took on cleaning jobs that were beyond what any of the rest of us were able or wiling to do. Kris and her team rolled with the punches when our hauler had vehicle problems and couldn’t make it for the last 2 days. She arranged for the shuttle of a box truck and took out the last of the garbage herself. We are extremely happy with the job they did>
