Parts of my house reeked of nicotine and the walls were yellow. BioOne was easy to get a hold of, so professional, and so friendly. They did an amazing job. Nicole has the heart of a an angel. From the second I put an inquiry on the internet to help with a really bad hoarded home (she called me in less than a minute) to her follow up during and throughout the entire process, I knew that I was in the right hands. Mia and Brittany are truly two amazingly sweet, kind and STRONG people who walked into something I couldn’t, and made it possible to get my father back into his home after a stroke. We had a horrible accident in our apartment and i didn't know where to start. My son looked up and found Bio-One. It was an early Saturday morning but Nicole and her technician Kris were immediately available for my needs. Within an hour or so Kris was at my place ready to do her thing! I cannot believe how friemdly and helpful they both were. They showed support and concern through the whole process. I can't thank Kris eniugh for coming back a second time just to check on us. Thanks BioOne in helping with clean up. I appreciate that they responded to my call over a weekend. several other companies did not. And Nicole had a good referral for carpets. Difficult project and very challenging human element. Nicole and her crew did an amazing job. What stood out was not just the hands-on actual work and an attention to detail but the very sensitive and understanding approach when dealing with an elderly eccentric paranoid home owner.
