Although they could have done the job and done it well , Nicole choose to not take the job because it would not benefit my mom at all. Nicole did give me information that would help my mom. Customer service was extremely good - responsiveness, schedule flexibility, communication, dependability, compassionate attitude & quality of work performed - Bio One did what they promised & did it well. But excellent customer service is in the unexpected things they did that stand out. When we were searching for a service, the national chain we contacted did not return our call for two days, Bio One's call was returned within an hour. During that call, we were treated with care & compassion when discussing our need for a tragic clean up. Part grief counselor & part partner, Nicole worked with us to schedule her crew around our needs first. She even contacted insurance agencies for us. Bio One was a light in a dark situation. A very sad and shocking day for our family. Nicole immediately got to work on a plan to mitigate the problem. Mia arrived on time and stayed on the job until all was taken care of. Our family is out of town so we received before and after pictures. A friend who lives in the area was there to observe before and after. It was a phone call no multifamily owner ever wants to get, I was saddened to hear one of my tenants had lost all hope and committed suicide in one of my units. I panicked. I had no idea what to do after the police and family were notified and....I live out of town! Bio-One came out to see the unit, sent me an estimate, explained everything to me over the phone, and even told me that most major insurance companies cover the cost. They Kept both myself and my property management up to date on everything. They handled it in a very professional, sensitive way.
