But excellent customer service is in the unexpected things they did that stand out. When we were searching for a service, the national chain we contacted did not return our call for two days, Bio One's call was returned within an hour. During that call, we were treated with care & compassion when discussing our need for a tragic clean up. Part grief counselor & part partner, Nicole worked with us to schedule her crew around our needs first. She even contacted insurance agencies for us. Bio One was a light in a dark situation.
