Exceptional service during rough situations.

It was a phone call no multifamily owner ever wants to get, I was saddened to hear one of my tenants had lost all hope and committed suicide in one of my units. I panicked. I had no idea what to do after the police and family were notified and....I live out of town! Bio-One came out to see the unit, sent me an estimate, explained everything to me over the phone, and even told me that most major insurance companies cover the cost. They Kept both myself and my property management up to date on everything. They handled it in a very professional, sensitive way. Bio-One did an excellent job with the clean up and sent before and after pictures. I highly recommend this company!

I worked with Nicole, who was absolutely amazing and extremely caring to myself and situation, to understand the clean up process and how to navigate a hoarding house. Nicole always showed up on time, gave great examples of how they would perform work, and she was so generous with her time and compassion. I will highly recommend her services and appreciate everything she does. Nicole was able to search and locate childhood pictures and mementos that either I had forgotten were in the house or didn’t know they existed. She was fast and diligent in her work

Bio one was great! They helped us during the hardest time of our life. Our mother had passed away. The house needed bio hazard cleaning and lots of organizing and cleaning out house. Nicole helped us everyday and she was kind and supportive. Bio one made the process easier by having a truck for our trash and by taking all the donations. Nicole was great at communicating with us from the beginning until the end. Farmers insurance recommended Bio One and we agree that they are a terrific company. Difficult project and very challenging human element. Nicole and her crew did an amazing job. What stood out was not just the hands-on actual work and an attention to detail but the very sensitive and understanding approach when dealing with an elderly eccentric paranoid home owner.

I used Bio’s services after my Moms house was ransacked while she was out of state visiting me for health reasons. Nicole and her team were diligent, kind, genuine, and honest. Example: My Mom had some very valuable jewerly that could have easily disappeared into someone’s pockets but Nicole brought a bag to me and simply said “I think there are some valuables in here.” In her always calm, collected tone. Nicole is a rare human. I do hope she receives maybe just a bit of the grace she so readily gives.
