We had a horrible accident in our apartment and i didn't know where to start. My son looked up and found Bio-One. It was an early Saturday morning but Nicole and her technician Kris were immediately available for my needs. Within an hour or so Kris was at my place ready to do her thing! I worked with Nicole, who was absolutely amazing and extremely caring to myself and situation, to understand the clean up process and how to navigate a hoarding house.
