Fantastic people! I had a terrible roach infestation at my current apartment complex. To the point you could smell it instantly after walking in. I went ahead and reached out to Bio-One and and scheduled a consultation. Nicole came next day! She was very kind and understanding with our issue, helping us figure out a solution. I cannot express how kind Nicole and her team were to me during the difficult time when I needed their help. Nicole took care of my urgent needs in cleaning up the house right away and helped every step in the process to when I sold the house. They are truly angels sent to help folks here. Nicole and her team were the best. They listened to the issues I had and offered me help in resolving any issues. Nicole was always available by phone. She checked in regularly with me about our home and my needs. She was so kind and helpful. John, a team member was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind and did a great job for me. They all went above and beyond to help me. They cleaned my home thoroughly including vent system using Ozone and painted all walls, borders and ceilings same colors I had. Did a great job. And steam cleaned carpets. I highly recommend this company and Nicole for anyone needing any of her services. We sold our home One day after being put on market.¹
