I found Bio One and had one of their employees- Nicole come into my moms house to assess it. She was so kind and understanding of my mom’s situation. Although they could have done the job and done it well , Nicole choose to not take the job because it would not benefit my mom at all. Nicole did give me information that would help my mom. That information started the “ball rolling” and my mom is now in a better living situation. Thank you Nicole for all your help.
