We had a horrible accident in our apartment and i didn't know where to start. My son looked up and found Bio-One. It was an early Saturday morning but Nicole and her technician Kris were immediately available for my needs. Within an hour or so Kris was at my place ready to do her thing! Ms. Portillo and staff were a huge blessing to our family! After being quoted up to $32,000 for unattended death cleanup from other companies, Ms. Portillo was so compassionate and kind when speaking to me about our situation.
