God sent us two angels on the worst day of my family’s life. Bio-One did a fabulous job cleaning all areas affected. The energy of the house shifted to peace despise such a horrible incident. They absolutely went above and beyond. We can’t say enough nice things about them. They really took the time and spent long hours to make sure everything was spotless. We can’t thank them enough.

Bio-One helped by cleaning the bedroom after his death. Our family asked that they simply make it look like it never happened, and they did. They were incredibly sensitive during an impossibly tragic situation. They helped us save many important family items by cleaning and sanitizing them, so they wouldn't need to be disposed of. I honestly can't say enough about how much I appreciate the entire team. I highly recommend this business.

It was a phone call no multi-family unit owner ever wants to get, I was saddened to hear one of my tenants died in one of my units. I panicked. I had no idea what to do after the police and family were notified and....I live out of town! Bio-One came out to see the unit, sent me an estimate, explained everything over the phone, and even told me that most major insurance companies cover the cost. They kept me and my property management up to date on everything. They handled it in a very professional, sensitive way. Bio-One did an excellent job with the cleanup and sent before and after pictures. I highly recommend this company!

We had the unfortunate need for Bio-One’s service. They were there within an hour of my calling and did a fantastic job! They were very kind, gracious, and considerate of our situation and made every attempt to make this as pleasant as could be in a situation such as this.

Bio-One was very professional, courteous, and sincere, and made me feel very comfortable with their ability to handle the job. Weeks later I went to the house and it was fine. The room was cleaned up and there were no traces of anything happening in the house. They did a great job. To speak to their trustworthiness, money was still sitting on the dresser in the same room that was cleaned. I'd definitely recommend Bio-One.
