I can’t recommend a company higher than BioOne, they were very polite, and professional. I hired them to clean out a property of mine after ... a tenant left it in pretty rough shape. After several cleaning services turned down the work due to hazardous conditions, bio one came to the rescue. They removed all of the hazards left behind, removed and remediated some mold, and left the property in a safe state for a normal cleaning service to get it ready for contractors. It has been a few months, and no mold has returned, and the smell is completely gone! They deserve ever one of the 5 stars I am giving them.
