Bio-One handled a house for us that had issues with mold, vermin, and other bio-hazards. They worked well and professionally, were knowledgeable about the cleaning and structure as well as many recovered items, and were able to recover items of value that we would never have found ourselves. In addition they were very kind, and as they have a lot of experience with houses like this, they were able to reassure us that much of what we were dealing with follows a pattern and was not simply aberrant, which was greatly appreciated.

I haven't yet needed the services of Bio-One, but I worked with Krista side-by-side for a couple years and found her to be the most hard-working, dependable person. She never left a stone unturned on any job we did together - steadfast in finding a way. Matt and Krista are a delightful couple who can be counted on to do the kind of job you would expect and value. Krista was a trusted co-worked turned trusted friend. Bio-One was incredibly helpful when my father passed away at his home. I called them very late in the evening, expecting to get a voicemail, and got a live person who was extremely kind and empathetic and he got me connected with the person that schedules and coordinates and they came out the very next day. They were considerate and respectful while they were at the home and they actually handled all the paperwork of filing the claim with the homeowners insurance for flooring that needed to be removed. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. I would highly recommend their service to anyone in need.
