Uduak did an outstanding job with our inspection and identified the perfect cleaning solution for our basement, which had rodent feces from being vacant before our purchase. I had Bio-One do a massive cleanup after a water issue in my home. They did a masterful job. Cleaned and sanitized desired areas and got rid of years’ worth of clutter. Roger, Marco, Monica and Uduak (the company’s owner) were all very professional and helpful. They were EXPENSIVE! but flexible and thoroughly committed to client satisfaction. I would not hesitate to hire Bio-One again for similar jobs if needed in the future.

You can tell a lot about a company by the staff. Starting from the leadership, everyone you encounter is thoughtful and polite. I never leave reviews, but wanted to share that you will not regret working with Bio-One!

With a baby on the way, my husband and I were so overwhelmed with our apartment. We couldn't find space for everything and it felt like it was in constant disarray. Bio-One came in and overhauled the entire place, getting us ready and feeling good. They helped bring stuff to storage for us, helped us part ways with things we didn't need, and left us with a sparkling clean and much roomier apartment than when they first started. I am beyond grateful for my in-laws getting this service done as a ore-baby gift. I'm not sure what we would've done without them.

There is damage to my home which caused a hazardous matter & needed to be cleaned. I researched & located Bio One, and Monica was the friendly face I met @ my home. I hate not knowing names, but she was accompanied with a very nice gentleman. Monica was so kind, and their services great!!!! I don't think anyone ever thinks about needing biohazard cleanup until you do, and then it's a strange thing to have to navigate and usually not during a great time. The team at BioOne of Bethesda was incredible - during a stressful time, they were compassionate, professional, and it is obvious they genuinely care about the work they do. I was so blown away by the outcome - a situation I thought may be unfixable is now not only habitable but actually thoroughly clean, and has been restored to its original condition. Again, the people who operate and work with the company are genuinely kind and really care which in a time of distress really helps to make the process seem manageable. - Additionally, they came out in one day to give a quote and returned the very next day to clean - again very much lessening the stress. No offense ... but I hope i dont need the service again - but if I ever do I will absolutely call them and suggest others do as well.

The crew took all of our concerns to heart. When the unexpected arose, they solved it willingly and creatively. We were in good hands from beginning to end. Very grateful and satisfied.
