Trish and Jamie Jett are the owners of Bio-One Big Red. The couple met in 1997 while serving in the Air Force and were married in 2012. After their daughter was born and Jamie retired from the military in 2017, they moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas to continue their family journey.
Following time in information technology, project management, and stay-at-home parent roles, they sought a way to better serve their local communities with compassion and empathy. Their search led them to join the Bio-One family, whose motto, “Help First, Business Second,” aligns with their personal values and the needs of the Ozark community.
I was a dunderhead and thew a package of mothballs into the attic to evict squirrels. It evicted the squirrels but came close to evicting me. I needed to have the mothballs removed from my attic or else move to a hotel. Matt Gregg took care of the problem within minutes. He arrived exactly on time, followed the instructions as to how to access my house from the alley, and greeted me with a smiling handshake, which in the era of Covid has become a luxury. The whole process took 30 minutes. Matt showed me the bucket of attic mothballs and answered my prayers, and believe me I was praying. Note to self: NEVER throw mothballs into the attic. Bio-One is a big company that usually does horrible jobs like crime scene cleanup, so I was incredibly lucky they had the time to restore my life in my house. Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too.
