So it’s never a good day when you have to call for help cleaning up body fluids…but Bio One was amazing. Travis and his team stand out in all of the right ways. We're prepping to sell our home, and had a bit of a mouse droppings issue in the crawlspace. These guys (Bio One) were PROS. Great communication. Friendly but not patronizing. Smart. Thorough. Did it all from clean up to sanitization to replacing the vapor barrier and more. They also did some detective work an unamned pest control company here in town did NOT do for us (even though that's specifically what we had hired that pest control company for.) In a way, having this awesome experience with Bio One kinda bums me out. Because they were GREAT. I just hope, because of the nature of their business, I never have to use them again. They're like an amazing Emergency Room Doctor. Thrilled to have them when you need them, hope to never see them again. And having good people who do a great job in that kind of work is precisely what you want, when you need it. I wish Travis and his company all the best. They friggin' deserve it.
