Bio-One Boise came to evaluate my apartment after a sewage overflow that contaminated 3 rooms right after I contacted them. The team was so compassionate & were able to disinfect the areas that same night. They offered their services to us directly after the property management refused to take responsibility for the repairs. I recommend Bio-One Boise for anyone facing a hazardous cleanup.

My name is Jason my family and I just had a major tragedy in our family bio one came in and they were not only professional but they were kind and they helped us out with everything while we were still out of our house one of the crew from bio-one even did my mom's dishes just to help because she's so distraught they're super awesome and I would recommend them to anybody hopefully you don't have the tragedy that we have had in your family go to Travis Nichols and your group of professionals we thank you and God bless you thank you so much for your help

So it’s never a good day when you have to call for help cleaning up body fluids…but Bio One was amazing. The response was super timely; Travis is compassionate and professional and walked us through the processes, and also worked with the Property Management company to ensure all parties were on the same page and the work met requirements.
