Bio-One was excellent. They were friendly and on time. They did an excellent job both in the initial estimation and the cleanup. They left the house clean and in great shape. After a neighbor alerted us that the home we were considering buying was used to sell drugs we were concerned that the house had also been used to manufacture them. Bio-one came out and confirmed the house was heavily contaminated with toxic chemicals as a result. Suddenly the headache and strange taste on my tongue after being in the home made perfect sense. They were very kind, helpful and honest. Their knowledge helped us avoid a huge mistake. I recommend them.

Bio One was recommended to me as "the experts" for mold remediation. Although, this was out of the normal house call. We bought our first home a year ago. 1.5 months in we found a 3x8ft area of molding damaged boards that were missed during our home inspection. Having no funds for repairs but knowledge in fire and water restoration, we did the work ourselves. Recently, the home inspector that missed this damage lost in a court case that paved the way for hope of restitution. Even though Bio One knew they likely wouldn't get a "job" out of the trip, they made time in their schedule to take a look at our repair work to make sure nothing was missed. Thankfully, we passed! We truly appreciated their willingness to offer us a second set of eyes and their professional opinion. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, compassion, and integrity.

Travis and his team were absolutely wonderful. Not only was their work thorough, but they had a true care and compassion for what I had just got through.. They came out right away and they completed the job same day, even though it took them until the middle of the night to finish. I just want to say it bio one Boise Travis and his professionals were more than professional they were courteous kind and compassionate we had a tragedy in our family my little brother committed suicide and they came in and they took care of us completely while we were out of the house and they were doing their work they even took the time to do my mother's dishes because she was so distraught good good people thank you so much for your kindness and your compassion I would recommend you to anyone you went above and beyond everything.
