I cannot say enough good things about the team at Bio-One Boise. It was such a distressing and overwhelming time for my family when we had Bio-One clean my father’s home. Bio-One were quick to return our calls, answer our questions, and let us know what would happen. Travis, Dylan and everyone else who came to our property treated us with such kindness. They were on time and did everything they promised to do. They are beyond wonderful.

First of all, I’d like to say that when you call a company for a cleanup that Bio One provides, it’s because of a traumatic event. You need to be treated with dignity and respect. Travis and his company did just that. I called him after a major mouse infestation after I’d seriously neglected my own home after care giving for my mom, 7 days a week, 10-12 hours a day, for over 13 months. After the mice were eradicated, I attempted to clean up the infestation on my own, and being disabled and in fear and terror of dead mice, I made little progress. I lived with this contamination for over 14 months, due to my care giving duties and my health limitations. I was almost ready to give up when I found Bio One. Travis came to assess the damage within a couple of days of contacting him, and the next day, arrived with his crew to decontaminate and clean 3 rooms. To say what he did was a miracle is an understatement. When he was done, I was in complete shock. The 3 rooms looked like a brand new home would look. All of the droppings and urine, nesting areas, and dead mice were gone, along with all of the mice poison I’d left out for over a year. All of the contaminated surfaces and areas were cleaned and sanitized, which did include hundreds of small appliances, dishes and other objects that I desired to keep, and he disposed of all of the contaminated items I didn‘t want. I am forever grateful to him for what he did for me. He was such a wonderful person to work with, making sure that I felt good with all that he was doing, and he listened and complied with all of my wants and needs. Let me start by saying, Travis & Alex are amazing people. In a time of grief & sorrow for our family, they had a team on standby for us so at a moments notice, they would be there. They kept in constant contact with me. Chris then let me know that they got to the house & when the finished in the house. I can't thank all of you enough for being there for our family. These guys are the consummate professionals. They thoroughly communicate. They are fair (economical). Their entire crew was very kind, friendly, careful, compassionate, empathetic, trustworthy (honest and forthright) and comprehensive in remediating every concern. We felt completely comfortable having them on our property. They went above and beyond and still met their original estimate.

Bio-One was excellent. They were friendly and on time. They did an excellent job both in the initial estimation and the cleanup. They left the house clean and in great shape. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service for any job around crawl spaces and to make sure your home is clean and healthy for your family.

Bio One was recommended to me as "the experts" for mold remediation. Although, this was out of the normal house call. We bought our first home a year ago. 1.5 months in we found a 3x8ft area of molding damaged boards that were missed during our home inspection. Having no funds for repairs but knowledge in fire and water restoration, we did the work ourselves. Recently, the home inspector that missed this damage lost in a court case that paved the way for hope of restitution. Even though Bio One knew they likely wouldn't get a "job" out of the trip, they made time in their schedule to take a look at our repair work to make sure nothing was missed. Thankfully, we passed! We truly appreciated their willingness to offer us a second set of eyes and their professional opinion. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
