Bio-One did a cleanup job for me. They were available within a few days of when I needed the work done, came on time, and did a good job. There was a complication. A thief stole Boston Bio-One's owner's email login and from that email account, asked me to transfer the payment via ACH. Bruce, the owner, handled the issue very well. Thanks Bruce!

We had a blood incident in an apartment and hallways at a multi-family property we own. Since there were other tenants living in the building it was important to get a cleanup ASAP. The police on scene referred us to Bio-One Boston. They were very responsive and gave me a realistic time frame when they could be there. After arriving, explaining the process and setting up, the three of them began the clean up. The team worked efficiently and the job was completed in a few hours.
