I just want to say how great their services were. I hired them for my sister who has mental health issues and struggles with hoarding and cleaning up after herself. She hasn’t let anyone in her home for the last 2 years due to the clutter and stench. lordel and mark had the upmost respect and professionalism for our situation and cleaned up her home with no issues. Mark and bio one did amazing job for me! A family member of mine passed away in her house back in the fall. She had been I'm failing health both physically and mentally in the last few years. She was a hoarder and never threw anything out for quite a while. Needless to say the house was in total shambles. There was also dead animals in the house. It was a overwhelming sight to see. They responded very quickly . These guys did amazing job of cleaning it up! Two full dumpsters of house waste! They can handle any situation as far as I'm concerned! I highly recommend them!

Mark and Lordell at Bio-One were professional and kind and communicated well throughout the project. While the estimate was higher than one quoted by a similar company, we felt Mark's estimate was more accurate as far as the time needed to complete the job.
