While the estimate was higher than one quoted by a similar company, we felt Mark's estimate was more accurate as far as the time needed to complete the job. Mark and bio one did amazing job for me! A family member of mine passed away in her house back in the fall. She had been I'm failing health both physically and mentally in the last few years. She was a hoarder and never threw anything out for quite a while. Needless to say the house was in total shambles. There was also dead animals in the house. It was a overwhelming sight to see. They responded very quickly . These guys did amazing job of cleaning it up! Two full dumpsters of house waste! They can handle any situation as far as I'm concerned! I highly recommend them!

Amazing services! The price was very affordable considering the type of cleaning needing done , they truly made my grandmother's home a home again! I'm so glad they had the availability and the expertise to get the job done as fast as possible. Lordell and Mark met us for the final inspection and I was blown away by the job completed I could not express how much it means to see my grandmother living in a safe and clean home now. Literally wanted to cry with how amazing they all did cleaning her home top to bottom. Both guys are great to talk too very down to earth and I will be using them in the future for any other services they offer. Highly recommend for sure.
