I purchased a sell "as-is" condo that is relatively aged and was in need of a lot of TLC. After closing on the property, I started moving in things on my own and realized there was a strong odor. I contacted Bio-One and they came for a consultation on the same day and was able to identify and eliminate the smell. The smell was completely gone within 24-48 hours. They also provided education on different products that can help with neutralizing any odor for any future issues. Additonally, Tomas and Lordell went beyond their duty of their job by voluntarily moving in big appliances and ensuring proper installation through out the home. I highly recommend this company to any realtors and future home owners who may need help with clearing, cleaning and neutralizing any houses. The plumbing in our condo building caused a backup of sewerage into my condo. This caused 2 toilets to overflow and sewerage to back up into a shower and a tub. I called Bio-One and they were here within 24 hrs and you would never know this happened in my condo. The crew were very polite and took care to handle the situation in the quickest manor. I highly recommend them.

We got damage after the last hurricane in Tampa.I left a message requesting restoration service and got a response within 12 hours. Mark and his team were on the property that afternoon and immediately assessed the damage and gave a start date. They were with us every step of the way. He couldn’t have been more kind and friendly, especially when speaking with my 85- year old mother, who was very confused by the whole situation. They did a wonderful job, and the communication about what they were doing and when cannot be beat!! I recommend Bio-One highly.
