The plumbing in our condo building caused a backup of sewerage into my condo. This caused 2 toilets to overflow and sewerage to back up into a shower and a tub. I called Bio-One and they were here within 24 hrs and you would never know this happened in my condo. The crew were very polite and took care to handle the situation in the quickest manor. I highly recommend them.

Mark and Lordell at Bio-One were professional and kind and communicated well throughout the project. While the estimate was higher than one quoted by a similar company, we felt Mark's estimate was more accurate as far as the time needed to complete the job.
