The plumbing in our condo building caused a backup of sewerage into my condo. This caused 2 toilets to overflow and sewerage to back up into a shower and a tub. I called Bio-One and they were here within 24 hrs and you would never know this happened in my condo. The crew were very polite and took care to handle the situation in the quickest manor. We got damage after the last hurricane in Tampa.I left a message requesting restoration service and got a response within 12 hours. Mark and his team were on the property that afternoon and immediately assessed the damage and gave a start date. They were with us every step of the way. He couldn’t have been more kind and friendly, especially when speaking with my 85- year old mother, who was very confused by the whole situation. Tomas and Lordell's empathy and "I'll take care of it attitude", really promoted a positive transition through such a difficult time.
