I highly recommend this company! They have provided phenomenal services. I cannot express my gratitude for how much the Bio-One team has helped through recent hardship. Tomas and Lordell's empathy and "I'll take care of it attitude", really promoted a positive transition through such a difficult time. I purchased a sell "as-is" condo that is relatively aged and was in need of a lot of TLC. After closing on the property, I started moving in things on my own and realized there was a strong odor. I contacted Bio-One and they came for a consultation on the same day and was able to identify and eliminate the smell. The smell was completely gone within 24-48 hours. They also provided education on different products that can help with neutralizing any odor for any future issues. Additonally, Tomas and Lordell went beyond their duty of their job by voluntarily moving in big appliances and ensuring proper installation through out the home. I highly recommend this company to any realtors and future home owners who may need help with clearing, cleaning and neutralizing any houses. This is the company that will show up with care and compassion and get the job done!

They do a tremendous job. My aunt struggles hoarding and as she’s gotten older she wasn’t able to move around the house anymore without falling over things. These guys came and really cleaned the place up and they were honestly so kind and understanding about the situation. I’ve worried about her for so long and being able to comfortably walk around her house without fear that she may fall and hurt herself, means so much to me and her. Words can never describe the help you all have given. I definitely recommend bio-one to anyone who maybe has the same situation.

The plumbing in our condo building caused a backup of sewerage into my condo. This caused 2 toilets to overflow and sewerage to back up into a shower and a tub. I called Bio-One and they were here within 24 hrs and you would never know this happened in my condo. The crew were very polite and took care to handle the situation in the quickest manor. I highly recommend them.

Lordell and Mark of Bio One of Brandon have been so helpful and professional. Due to a health issue we were not able to get to Florida to take care of a problem we had.
