Amazing services! The price was very affordable considering the type of cleaning needing done , they truly made my grandmother's home a home again! I'm so glad they had the availability and the expertise to get the job done as fast as possible. Lordell and Mark met us for the final inspection and I was blown away by the job completed I could not express how much it means to see my grandmother living in a safe and clean home now. Literally wanted to cry with how amazing they all did cleaning her home top to bottom. Both guys are great to talk too very down to earth and I will be using them in the future for any other services they offer. Highly recommend for sure.

I highly recommend this company! They have provided phenomenal services. I cannot express my gratitude for how much the Bio-One team has helped through recent hardship. Tomas and Lordell's empathy and "I'll take care of it attitude", really promoted a positive transition through such a difficult time. I purchased a sell "as-is" condo that is relatively aged and was in need of a lot of TLC. After closing on the property, I started moving in things on my own and realized there was a strong odor. I contacted Bio-One and they came for a consultation on the same day and was able to identify and eliminate the smell. The smell was completely gone within 24-48 hours. They also provided education on different products that can help with neutralizing any odor for any future issues. Additonally, Tomas and Lordell went beyond their duty of their job by voluntarily moving in big appliances and ensuring proper installation through out the home. I highly recommend this company to any realtors and future home owners who may need help with clearing, cleaning and neutralizing any houses. I am happy to place a review for Bio One of Brandon. I found the folks there to be very helpful. I needed to dispose of some old gasoline and the gentleman looked up the 2 locations in Pasco county where I could dispose of the gas for free rather than charging me for their company to dispose of it; an honest gesture indeed.

This crew was amazing! Friends bought a home including the contents and we quickly realized that we were in over our heads. They do a tremendous job. My aunt struggles hoarding and as she’s gotten older she wasn’t able to move around the house anymore without falling over things. These guys came and really cleaned the place up and they were honestly so kind and understanding about the situation. I’ve worried about her for so long and being able to comfortably walk around her house without fear that she may fall and hurt herself, means so much to me and her.
