Mark and Lordell at Bio-One were professional and kind and communicated well throughout the project. While the estimate was higher than one quoted by a similar company, we felt Mark's estimate was more accurate as far as the time needed to complete the job. They do a tremendous job. My aunt struggles hoarding and as she’s gotten older she wasn’t able to move around the house anymore without falling over things. These guys came and really cleaned the place up and they were honestly so kind and understanding about the situation. I’ve worried about her for so long and being able to comfortably walk around her house without fear that she may fall and hurt herself, means so much to me and her. Words can never describe the help you all have given. I definitely recommend bio-one to anyone who maybe has the same situation.

The plumbing in our condo building caused a backup of sewerage into my condo. This caused 2 toilets to overflow and sewerage to back up into a shower and a tub. I called Bio-One and they were here within 24 hrs and you would never know this happened in my condo. The crew were very polite and took care to handle the situation in the quickest manor. I highly recommend them.
