I highly recommend this company! They have provided phenomenal services. I cannot express my gratitude for how much the Bio-One team has helped through recent hardship. Tomas and Lordell's empathy and "I'll take care of it attitude", really promoted a positive transition through such a difficult time. I purchased a sell "as-is" condo that is relatively aged and was in need of a lot of TLC. After closing on the property, I started moving in things on my own and realized there was a strong odor. I contacted Bio-One and they came for a consultation on the same day and was able to identify and eliminate the smell. The smell was completely gone within 24-48 hours. They also provided education on different products that can help with neutralizing any odor for any future issues. Additonally, Tomas and Lordell went beyond their duty of their job by voluntarily moving in big appliances and ensuring proper installation through out the home. I highly recommend this company to any realtors and future home owners who may need help with clearing, cleaning and neutralizing any houses. Amazing services! The price was very affordable considering the type of cleaning needing done , they truly made my grandmother's home a home again! I'm so glad they had the availability and the expertise to get the job done as fast as possible. Lordell and Mark met us for the final inspection and I was blown away by the job completed I could not express how much it means to see my grandmother living in a safe and clean home now. Literally wanted to cry with how amazing they all did cleaning her home top to bottom. Both guys are great to talk too very down to earth and I will be using them in the future for any other services they offer. Highly recommend for sure.

Mark and bio one did amazing job for me! A family member of mine passed away in her house back in the fall. She had been I'm failing health both physically and mentally in the last few years. She was a hoarder and never threw anything out for quite a while. Needless to say the house was in total shambles. There was also dead animals in the house. It was a overwhelming sight to see. They responded very quickly . These guys did amazing job of cleaning it up! Two full dumpsters of house waste! They can handle any situation as far as I'm concerned! I highly recommend them!
