We got damage after the last hurricane in Tampa.I left a message requesting restoration service and got a response within 12 hours. Mark and his team were on the property that afternoon and immediately assessed the damage and gave a start date. They were with us every step of the way. He couldn’t have been more kind and friendly, especially when speaking with my 85- year old mother, who was very confused by the whole situation. They did a wonderful job, and the communication about what they were doing and when cannot be beat!! I recommend Bio-One highly. It got to the point where Mark seemed like an old friend and that’s the kind of customer service that is lacking in so many businesses!!

I just want to say how great their services were. I hired them for my sister who has mental health issues and struggles with hoarding and cleaning up after herself. She hasn’t let anyone in her home for the last 2 years due to the clutter and stench. lordel and mark had the upmost respect and professionalism for our situation and cleaned up her home with no issues. We almost couldn’t believe it once we saw the floor of my sisters home and the stench was GONE. What we thought was impossible was done in the most respectful and clean way. While the estimate was higher than one quoted by a similar company, we felt Mark's estimate was more accurate as far as the time needed to complete the job.
