They do a tremendous job. My aunt struggles hoarding and as she’s gotten older she wasn’t able to move around the house anymore without falling over things. These guys came and really cleaned the place up and they were honestly so kind and understanding about the situation. I’ve worried about her for so long and being able to comfortably walk around her house without fear that she may fall and hurt herself, means so much to me and her. Words can never describe the help you all have given. I definitely recommend bio-one to anyone who maybe has the same situation.

Amazing services! The price was very affordable considering the type of cleaning needing done , they truly made my grandmother's home a home again! I'm so glad they had the availability and the expertise to get the job done as fast as possible. Lordell and Mark met us for the final inspection and I was blown away by the job completed I could not express how much it means to see my grandmother living in a safe and clean home now. Literally wanted to cry with how amazing they all did cleaning her home top to bottom. Both guys are great to talk too very down to earth and I will be using them in the future for any other services they offer. Highly recommend for sure.

I highly recommend this company! They have provided phenomenal services. I cannot express my gratitude for how much the Bio-One team has helped through recent hardship. Tomas and Lordell's empathy and "I'll take care of it attitude", really promoted a positive transition through such a difficult time. I purchased a sell "as-is" condo that is relatively aged and was in need of a lot of TLC. After closing on the property, I started moving in things on my own and realized there was a strong odor. I contacted Bio-One and they came for a consultation on the same day and was able to identify and eliminate the smell. The smell was completely gone within 24-48 hours. They also provided education on different products that can help with neutralizing any odor for any future issues. Additonally, Tomas and Lordell went beyond their duty of their job by voluntarily moving in big appliances and ensuring proper installation through out the home. I just want to say how great their services were. I hired them for my sister who has mental health issues and struggles with hoarding and cleaning up after herself. She hasn’t let anyone in her home for the last 2 years due to the clutter and stench. lordel and mark had the upmost respect and professionalism for our situation and cleaned up her home with no issues. We almost couldn’t believe it once we saw the floor of my sisters home and the stench was GONE. What we thought was impossible was done in the most respectful and clean way. They really came in and made a difference in my sisters life. I would recommend them above any other company.

Mark and bio one did amazing job for me! A family member of mine passed away in her house back in the fall. She had been I'm failing health both physically and mentally in the last few years. She was a hoarder and never threw anything out for quite a while. Needless to say the house was in total shambles. There was also dead animals in the house. It was a overwhelming sight to see. They responded very quickly . These guys did amazing job of cleaning it up! Two full dumpsters of house waste! They can handle any situation as far as I'm concerned! I highly recommend them!
