We got damage after the last hurricane in Tampa.I left a message requesting restoration service and got a response within 12 hours. Mark and his team were on the property that afternoon and immediately assessed the damage and gave a start date. They were with us every step of the way. He couldn’t have been more kind and friendly, especially when speaking with my 85- year old mother, who was very confused by the whole situation. They did a wonderful job, and the communication about what they were doing and when cannot be beat!! I recommend Bio-One highly. It got to the point where Mark seemed like an old friend and that’s the kind of customer service that is lacking in so many businesses!!

The plumbing in our condo building caused a backup of sewerage into my condo. This caused 2 toilets to overflow and sewerage to back up into a shower and a tub. I am happy to place a review for Bio One of Brandon. I found the folks there to be very helpful. I needed to dispose of some old gasoline and the gentleman looked up the 2 locations in Pasco county where I could dispose of the gas for free rather than charging me for their company to dispose of it; an honest gesture indeed.
