I just want to say how great their services were. I hired them for my sister who has mental health issues and struggles with hoarding and cleaning up after herself. She hasn’t let anyone in her home for the last 2 years due to the clutter and stench. lordel and mark had the upmost respect and professionalism for our situation and cleaned up her home with no issues. We almost couldn’t believe it once we saw the floor of my sisters home and the stench was GONE. What we thought was impossible was done in the most respectful and clean way. The plumbing in our condo building caused a backup of sewerage into my condo. This caused 2 toilets to overflow and sewerage to back up into a shower and a tub. I called Bio-One and they were here within 24 hrs and you would never know this happened in my condo. The crew were very polite and took care to handle the situation in the quickest manor. I highly recommend them.
