Mike is very thorough and leaves no stone unturned. I had an issue with water in the house and as a result was left with an odor. Mike took his time and identified the root cause of the issue. Michael was a life saver for me and my family to get settled into our old home. The house we bought had been vacant for a year and had various water damage around the house.
