Mike is very thorough and leaves no stone unturned. I had an issue with water in the house and as a result was left with an odor. Mike took his time and identified the root cause of the issue. He assisted in the entire process which took multiple people/companies to complete the task. Mike took care of the odor and now I can relax and enjoy the home odor free. I had to come back for a family emergency and was on an extremely limited timeline. I reached out to Bio One and even though the owner was on vacation, he made sure I was taken care of by Russell Shoemaker. Russell quickly reached out and kept up constant and responsive communication. He gave me an accurate and very fair estimate and even reached out to our landlords and rental insurance companies for us. Once we came to an agreement they immediately came and cleaned the house, even with our inconvenient and limited schedule.
