We thoroughly enjoyed working with Brian and his staff. They first explained to us on a phone call what they would do and how they operate. Thus, we hired them, and they performed better than expected. We appreciate how they divide items between what could be donated to Habitat for Humanity and what was junk. There are also items, such as bikes, that are sent to other destinations to be rehabbed and donated. They have a nice network of companies that can benefit from other people's left-over items. They are very caring in pointing out items that could have sentimental value and allowing us to review them before they are junked. They are incredible efficient in dividing items when loading them on the truck to get to the best destination. All employees we encountered were very friendly and congenial. Getting our house cleared out was a large load off of our mind. Also, we believe the price paid was very equitable.

Brian clearly explained everything to me: what the problem was, what needed to be done, how it would be done and the cost. He and his partner were efficient and conscientious. After completing the job, Brian showed me what he had accomplished. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Bio-One of Chicago North. Brian & Lynn are the real deal. Honest, friendly, reliable, & efficient. Our condo association was notified at 3am by one of our residents that a death had occurred in their home & that various fluids had been deposited on the carpeted stairs when the paramedics removed the body. We did a quick search of biohazard cleaners & immediately called Bio-One's 24 hour number. Bill answered the call, assessed our situation, & scheduled an inspection for 8:30 that morning. Brian & Lynn showed up at 8:30 on the dot, did a thorough, step-by-step inspection of the stairs, walls, & banisters, and after identifying the affected areas, gave us a very reasonable estimate on the spot. Then, to my surprise, they said they could have the affected areas treated (with an eco-friendly, non-toxic enzyme/disinfectant solution), as well as going the extra mile to disinfect the walls, baseboards & banisters. Within an hour, the job was done. I can't recommend them enough.

Was referred to Brian and Lynn at Bio-One from our insurance agent when we had some water in come in the basement during a heavy rain. They suggested we reach out to them to see if we were developing a mold issue. Brian and Lynn both promptly came out the next business day from my call to them. Good news was we had no mold issue and the cost to us for the on site evaluation was zero. My wife and i were very impressed with their prompt response and thorough evaluation of our situation. They were very professional and personable. Would HIGHLY recommend this team!

Brian was super quick to respond--within a few hours of receiving my email he was out to take a look and make an estimate. He was prompt the following day and completed the work needed, which took him just a couple of hours. I can't say enough about his professionalism. Highly recommended. I'm sure with the storm recently he'll be in high demand, but worth it.
