Brian and Lynn Martin both have over 20 years of experience in Corporate America, working in operations and customer support roles. The skills learned in previous positions have translated perfectly into our Bio-One franchise, allowing us to provide the customers with the discretion and caring that are often needed during their difficult times. We left the corporate world to concentrate on helping folks in our local community deal with very personal issues. Our passion is helping our clients in any way that we can, turning trying and emotional situations around quickly, quietly, and compassionately.
Brian and Lynn are an absolute pleasure to work with. I needed to use their services during a very difficult time and their professionalism, compassion and promptness went above and beyond what I would expect. They were very understanding of my situation and did a very thorough job both times that I needed them (for cleaning and then junk removal). I cannot recommend Bio-One enough. Brian and his team's service was amazing. Sadly, my neighbor recently passed away and had been dead for a week. The fire department had to break down his door and the coroner had to remove him, and my condo and our entire tier was overcome with the horrible smell that comes with a situation like that. My neighbor's family was out of town and could not be here for 3 days, so we had to move quickly or our building would have been uninhabitable. I got a crash course in finding a company that did this type of work and the reviews were horrible. The only one I found that was not was Bio-One Chicago North. I called him on Sunday at 1PM. He and his team were here by 3:30PM and went to work. They explained exactly what they were going to do and why and got to the business at hand. They spent over 3 hours here, and removed all of the bio materials-which included tearing up all the carpet and wood flooring-and disposed of them in hazmat bags/boxes that were then taken to a hazardous material company to be destroyed. They also set up a machine that took out the rest of the smell. By the time they left, I didn't have to wear a mask and my neighbor's place smelled normal. This was especially important as my neighbor's family was coming to an already tough situation and Brian's work made at least one part of it easier. Brian even came back for additional maintenance to ensure all the smell was gone and the scene was cleaned up. Brian's excellent: his service, his professionalism, his follow through, his reasonable price. Bio-One Chicago North is now the clean up company for our condo management company and I will definitely call him for other services such as removal of household goods, cleaning, and hauling. Brian was super quick to respond--within a few hours of receiving my email he was out to take a look and make an estimate. He was prompt the following day and completed the work needed, which took him just a couple of hours. I can't say enough about his professionalism. Highly recommended.
