Chicago North Homeless Encampment Cleanup 

We were referred to Bio-One by a friend, after heavy rains resulted in water and sewage damage to our basement. Our experience with Bio One was excellent. Brian and his team are very professional, did a great job and communicated with us every step of the basement cleanup. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. It was a pleasure to work with Bio-One Chicago North.

I highly reccomend Bio-One of Chicago for their exceptional services, professionalism, kindness, respect. I needed to reduce the contents of my apartment. Bryan, Lynne, Dom and Tim made sure processing all the items designated for donation or trash progressed smoothly, effectively and efficiently. Thank you all for the amazing job well-done.

Brian and Lynn are an absolute pleasure to work with. I needed to use their services during a very difficult time and their professionalism, compassion and promptness went above and beyond what I would expect. They were very understanding of my situation and did a very thorough job both times that I needed them (for cleaning and then junk removal). I cannot recommend Bio-One enough. Brian and his team's service was amazing. Sadly, my neighbor recently passed away and had been dead for a week. The fire department had to break down his door and the coroner had to remove him, and my condo and our entire tier was overcome with the horrible smell that comes with a situation like that. My neighbor's family was out of town and could not be here for 3 days, so we had to move quickly or our building would have been uninhabitable. I got a crash course in finding a company that did this type of work and the reviews were horrible. The only one I found that was not was Bio-One Chicago North. I called him on Sunday at 1PM. He and his team were here by 3:30PM and went to work. They explained exactly what they were going to do and why and got to the business at hand. They spent over 3 hours here, and removed all of the bio materials-which included tearing up all the carpet and wood flooring-and disposed of them in hazmat bags/boxes that were then taken to a hazardous material company to be destroyed. They also set up a machine that took out the rest of the smell. By the time they left, I didn't have to wear a mask and my neighbor's place smelled normal. This was especially important as my neighbor's family was coming to an already tough situation and Brian's work made at least one part of it easier. Brian even came back for additional maintenance to ensure all the smell was gone and the scene was cleaned up. Brian's excellent: his service, his professionalism, his follow through, his reasonable price. Bio-One Chicago North is now the clean up company for our condo management company and I will definitely call him for other services such as removal of household goods, cleaning, and hauling. Fantastic experience working with Brian, Lynn and the crew. Super responsive, listened to all instructions, treated the place with respect and did a fantastic job. Even came in under the original estimate. Made a tough situation so much easier to deal with. Would not hesistate to hire again and absolutely recommend.

Brian & Lynn are the real deal. Honest, friendly, reliable, & efficient. Our condo association was notified at 3am by one of our residents that a death had occurred in their home & that various fluids had been deposited on the carpeted stairs when the paramedics removed the body. We did a quick search of biohazard cleaners & immediately called Bio-One's 24 hour number. Bill answered the call, assessed our situation, & scheduled an inspection for 8:30 that morning. Brian & Lynn showed up at 8:30 on the dot, did a thorough, step-by-step inspection of the stairs, walls, & banisters, and after identifying the affected areas, gave us a very reasonable estimate on the spot. Then, to my surprise, they said they could have the affected areas treated (with an eco-friendly, non-toxic enzyme/disinfectant solution), as well as going the extra mile to disinfect the walls, baseboards & banisters. Within an hour, the job was done. I can't recommend them enough.

Like the other reviews this one isn't going to be any different because they are amazing they came in our situation was rather rough they were understanding they took their time they were patient with us they walked us through the process kept us in the loop very caring very understanding patient and their extraordinary attention to detail Brian and Linda the best I give 10 stars but I can only do five hope you guys see this because I really do appreciate what you did and thank you so so much I can only get five stars but I'm just going to say 10 out of 10 fully recommend

Was referred to Brian and Lynn at Bio-One from our insurance agent when we had some water in come in the basement during a heavy rain. They suggested we reach out to them to see if we were developing a mold issue. Brian and Lynn both promptly came out the next business day from my call to them. Good news was we had no mold issue and the cost to us for the on site evaluation was zero. My wife and i were very impressed with their prompt response and thorough evaluation of our situation. They were very professional and personable. Would HIGHLY recommend this team!

Bio-One Chicago North is trustworthy and I highly recommend their services. They made an unpleasant incident with my Mom with Alzheimer’s turn out to be bearable. They came to our house, the same day, assessed the situation and got to work. They were so understanding and professional.

Brian was BEYOND professional, efficient and friendly. Reached out to other companies that wanted extortionate amounts of money and were nowhere near as professional and upfront as Brian. Would highly recommend. We used him for our company's needs and he was exceptional!!
