Chicago North Homeless Encampment Cleanup 

Brian and Lynn of Bio-One were terrific as we went though a very painful time. They were prompt, professional, and left the apartment they cleaned in great shape. I highly recommend them.

Brian & Lynn are the real deal. Honest, friendly, reliable, & efficient. Our condo association was notified at 3am by one of our residents that a death had occurred in their home & that various fluids had been deposited on the carpeted stairs when the paramedics removed the body. We did a quick search of biohazard cleaners & immediately called Bio-One's 24 hour number. Bill answered the call, assessed our situation, & scheduled an inspection for 8:30 that morning. Brian & Lynn showed up at 8:30 on the dot, did a thorough, step-by-step inspection of the stairs, walls, & banisters, and after identifying the affected areas, gave us a very reasonable estimate on the spot. Then, to my surprise, they said they could have the affected areas treated (with an eco-friendly, non-toxic enzyme/disinfectant solution), as well as going the extra mile to disinfect the walls, baseboards & banisters. Within an hour, the job was done. I can't recommend them enough.

Brian and Dominic are professional, honest, and a hardworking team. We had to have my parents home cleaned out to sell in Niles.
