Recently I had a need to disinfect a small rental property. Jason was on site within one hour of my call and was extremely professional providing the service. I feel very comfortable and confident with the result of his work.

Outstanding Service After a tragic situation in one of the units, there was a lingering odor and extensive biohazard cleanup needed in the apartment after police removed the more then a week old one of my greatest resident’s dead body. I can’t thank Jason at Bio-One enough for the incredible job he did with Gary. From the moment I reached out, Jason was so easy and professional and respectful of my stressed out situation as a manager. Jason and Gary arrived promptly right after the medical examiner ok'd to enter the apartment, Bio-One handled everything efficiently removing the week or more lingering odors and thoroughly cleaning up all traces of biohazard materials. They also throw all the (hording) belongings. Their expertise in removing the odor and thoroughly cleaning up body fluids left even under the bathtub and under tiles and floors, removing and cleaning everything in the unit that smells. The best part was they communicated clearly and honestly throughout the entire process. Not to forget they kept following up and checking until making sure it's all in their and our satisfaction before they sent their reasonable invoice. Thank you for making this situation manageable. I can’t say enough good things about Jason and Jason! I was extremely overwhelmed with helping my family after we received some devastating medical news that required them to make an immediate lifestyle change. I came from out of town and found that their house was infested with mice and just cluttered beyond anything I’ve seen before. The mice were hiding in the garage and several pieces of furniture in the house. Jason came over and walked through the house with me. He was direct and honest about his recommendations. He had zero judgement, and was extremely easy to work with. He quoted a reasonable price for the undertaking. He showed up on Saturday with a big truck and another Jason, and they loaded everything that was covered in mouse droppings from the garage and even walked through the house to help remove things. First of all, they worked so hard! Mice were coming out of everywhere, and these were not great working conditions, but they gave my family their garage back, and came through the house and took out the furniture that was not easy to reach. This is probably my longest review, but I’ve never encountered any business like this. My dad, who is disabled, even told them that they saved his life. I agree! They absolutely restored hope in so many ways. Most importantly, they helped my Vietnam veteran grandfather come around and get comfortable with the idea of getting rid of things. It was so hard for him, and they were very patient with us through the whole process. It helped that they asked questions about his life and hobbies, and took care to only take things that needed to be removed. By the end, my grandfather was willingly giving away things.
