Outstanding Service After a tragic situation in one of the units, there was a lingering odor and extensive biohazard cleanup needed in the apartment after police removed the more then a week old one of my greatest resident’s dead body. I can’t thank Jason at Bio-One enough for the incredible job he did with Gary. From the moment I reached out, Jason was so easy and professional and respectful of my stressed out situation as a manager. Jason and Gary arrived promptly right after the medical examiner ok'd to enter the apartment, Bio-One handled everything efficiently removing the week or more lingering odors and thoroughly cleaning up all traces of biohazard materials. They also throw all the (hording) belongings. Their expertise in removing the odor and thoroughly cleaning up body fluids left even under the bathtub and under tiles and floors, removing and cleaning everything in the unit that smells. The best part was they communicated clearly and honestly throughout the entire process. Not to forget they kept following up and checking until making sure it's all in their and our satisfaction before they sent their reasonable invoice. Thank you for making this situation manageable. I highly recommend Bio-One to anyone in need of biohazard services.

Just recently I have called upon Bio-One of Chula Vista for a second time. Face it, if you need their services, you are already very stressed. I was so impressed with their amazing service, care, and pricing the first time they helped me (Mom was a serious hoarder), that when I simply couldn't face a second cleanup two years later, I called them. I called from outside my mother's ER room. Even at 8pm, my call was answered and arrangements were made. First, every other company I spoke with charges by the day. Bio-One charges by THE JOB. The amount of $$$ that can be saved is staggering. (BTW, be sure you get the right Bio-One, there's another with a very similar name.) Yes, the service is fast and complete. But here's what I find most valuable: the sincere care that I've recieved during the worst of circumstances. The option to be on site or not was completely up to me. I stayed, I felt like I needed to be there. While my skin is crawling with what these gentlemen had to handle, to them, it's no big deal. Really, honestly, not at all. Not a wince, not an upturned nose, nothing. And they're terribly personable. This combination made this horrible experience much less horrible. You'd think they were planting rows of daisies whistling while they work. Their attitude greatly helped me and it's much appreciated. If you find yourself in need of this type of service, call these guys first. I promise, you won't be disappointed.

I used Jason and his team a couple months ago and they were great! I was renovating my child home that I inherited after a family member's passing and it was filled with clutter and bulky furniture no longer needed. They were able to clear it out in one day with no issues. His pricing was reasonable for the work they did, and I was satisfied overall. Would recommend Bio-One.
