Outstanding Service After a tragic situation in one of the units, there was a lingering odor and extensive biohazard cleanup needed in the apartment after police removed the more then a week old one of my greatest resident’s dead body. I can’t thank Jason at Bio-One enough for the incredible job he did with Gary. From the moment I reached out, Jason was so easy and professional and respectful of my stressed out situation as a manager. Jason and Gary arrived promptly right after the medical examiner ok'd to enter the apartment, Bio-One handled everything efficiently removing the week or more lingering odors and thoroughly cleaning up all traces of biohazard materials. They also throw all the (hording) belongings. Their expertise in removing the odor and thoroughly cleaning up body fluids left even under the bathtub and under tiles and floors, removing and cleaning everything in the unit that smells. The best part was they communicated clearly and honestly throughout the entire process. Not to forget they kept following up and checking until making sure it's all in their and our satisfaction before they sent their reasonable invoice. Thank you for making this situation manageable. I highly recommend Bio-One to anyone in need of biohazard services.

An absolutely wonderful service, with easily the best value in San Diego. The speed, efficiency, and care taken is unrivaled. A company that cares, a company that's efficient. I had a problem that would have taken me months, if not years, to do on my own, and they managed to pull it off in three days.
