Aaron, Amy, and their team provided deep cleaning for us. They were fantastic to work with. Very responsive, hard-working, and generally awesome people. They made a stressful situation easy. I'm glad we worked with them and would recommend their services.

I used Bio-one to assist a Veteran whose apartment was no longer habitable. We had a quick turn around to ensure the apartment was cleaned before he returned from the hospital. Our family had an unfortunate incident that required cleaning beyond our capabilities. I called Bio-One of Cincinnati and yes, you will in fact speak directly to the owner, Aaron Roper. I wasn’t sure where to begin when he answered. He listened without judgement and was so calming, very professional. I was shocked when he said he could have a team out the next day. I sent him my family’s home insurance information and Aaron made the calls for us. I literally just had to let his team in the door. They were discreet- no big trucks with logos-it looked like I was having friends over. They even put their gear on inside. When it was time to haul material away, a truck was called in, quickly loaded and left within minutes. They were compassionate and so very detailed in their work. Amy, Dan and the rest of the team was just heaven sent at a very difficult time. The team from Bio-One (Aaron, Amy, Liz and Patrick) did a fantastic job for us and the job was far from easy. We had a very uncomfortable and unfortunate event happen without roommate and long time friend. After we could finally wrap our heads around what happened we called around for a cleaning process we could not do ourselves. After talking to a few different companies we were so blessed to come across this one. They were so kind and compassionate with our situation.
