We had a very uncomfortable and unfortunate event happen without roommate and long time friend. After we could finally wrap our heads around what happened we called around for a cleaning process we could not do ourselves. After talking to a few different companies we were so blessed to come across this one. They were so kind and compassionate with our situation. Not only did they do a great job but each and every person we had contact with was so caring and I never felt uncomfortable. Not.only that but they provided us with some great grieving advice. My parents had an issue with mice in their basement. The Bio-One team went above and beyond in making sure things were cleaned and removed quite a bit of garbage (more than they probably needed or were expected to do). The on site team was on time, professional, and did an outstanding job for my parents. I would recommend the Bio-One team to anyone who needs this type of clean up. They are fantastic!
