They were very thorough designing the project, reliably completed the work, and were flexible in our arrangements. We called Bio-one for help with a deep clean of an elderly family member’s apartment. Devin and his team took the time to run through the process and give us a step by step account of how the process would go. His team of cleaners were just AMAZING. The place went from barely inhabitable to feeling like you could eat off the floor. They were respectful and the hardest working crew you will find. My parents had an issue with mice in their basement. The Bio-One team went above and beyond in making sure things were cleaned and removed quite a bit of garbage (more than they probably needed or were expected to do). The on site team was on time, professional, and did an outstanding job for my parents. I would recommend the Bio-One team to anyone who needs this type of clean up. They are fantastic!
