I can't praise Dale and his team at Bio-One of Colorado Springs highly enough for their invaluable assistance with an extreme hoarding situation - but I'll give it my best shot. After we got the call notifying us that an estranged member of our family in Colorado Springs had passed away and left behind a home he'd been hoarding goods in for the past 50 years, and that we'd be responsible for settling his estate - we had no idea where to start. Not only was the interior of the home a hazardous nightmare - somehow we'd need to retrieve important family documents and heirlooms from amidst the contents. The fact that we live hundreds of miles away made the prospect of dealing with this situation all the more daunting. From the moment I called until the end of the clean-up, Dale was incredibly prompt, professional, and reassuring. I'll also add extremely good-natured, helpful, resourceful, tactful, and diligent.
